Shaver Shop

Very poor experience, I haven't tried the product yet but the gentleman dealing with customers was rushing and not interested in answering questions, after billed me for the product ignored and told me that other customers were leaving when I stayed in the shop for not more than 5 minutes! He was treating as if he is not selling the product but donating it to me for free or if I have borrowed money from him and not returned. To add on, the other lady at the shop was good and well behaved! This incident happened on 20/11/22 Sunday at 11am.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable on item I purchased and he was very happy to spend time answering all my questions

Very friendly stuff! I went here for getting my husband's shaver blade. Store man tried to find out what blade fits and it was already stopped making anymore. He looked up with a computer and got an info substitute one. I could get the new blade for him. Nice store and great stuff.

I've had a few Panasonic shavers die in recent years and each time the Shavershop team have replaced the faulty item without any hassle.

Except for the last time just recently, when there was a delay in getting the replacement transferred from another store. They offered an acceptable work around and gave me a small gift to apologise for the delay.

So today Saturday 25/8 at 1500 I had Excellent service from the gorgeous manager with the beautiful accent. I have been to this shop many times and the experience had always been delightful. I ended up leaving with a bag full of battery operated toys and is ready to shave everything that needs shaving. Great quality products and excellent advice was received.

Walked in with $300 to spend on a new electric shaver for my dad's birthday only to walk out after being lied to about what was on sale. That chick Robin has no clue when it comes to pricing!

Hayley and Guissi are very gorgeous managers and very lovely ladies. Robyn is a very nice lady too. They all do most outstanding and awesome service. After 20 mins of comparing different IPL devices based on the tag price, they simply changed their mind and changed the price from $499 to $899! What a time wasting!
