I got recommened here by a professional male barber and the last two purchases of hair cutters and trimmers was from JB Hifi and an absolute waste of money and ended up buying two and both failed!

Today, rang Shavershop Joondalup and was really impressed they answered phone outside normal hours by 5 mins great start and the knowledge and communication was 1st class! Got to the shop and my experience was consistent, friendly, happy to serve mqade you feel welcome without being over sales and knew her stuff!

Thanks for everything really impressed and the maangement have done an exceptional job in finding her! Also for what it is worth I headhunt professionals for clients globally so I know people! You have a star in this person she sets the standards where others fail! Mark May

When asked if I needed any help I replied that I was just browsing. This seemed to throw the sales assistant off his game. He stood about 2 metres away from me while I had a look around which was a bit uncomfortable. He was pleasant enough when I bought something just found it all a bit awkward.

Been in here a few times and the guys and manager is super friendly and have helped me and explained in detail the products that I was looking at and which one is best.
I had gone in there previous to this a couple of times and an Indian lady was trying to sell me the most expensive version of a product that I wanted. With a difference of $140. It wasn't the first time she had done this to me, needless to say I didn't purchase it even though she was coming across quite forceful. If I go in there again I won't let her serve me.

Excellent service, and they were really considerate through Covid-19 with refunds. Never had an issue going there, and all their staff are really knowledgeable.

Shoutout to Colin C at the Lakeside Joondalup store! He greeted me straight away today and talked me through the percussion guns I was looking at buying. He was super friendly and that's what got me over the line to purchase from the Lakeside Joondalup store and not anywhere else.:) Was also super patient with me navigating the store in my wheelchair!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. No pressure to buy at all but when I did purchase they threw in some bonuses.

I buy a fair bit from this branch, so can't complain. They keep stock levels high enough so never had a problem. Staff are eager and know what they sell so worth a visit.

I purchased a razor head that failed after a few days. The manager explained that it's seen as a consumable and they don't have warranties on them. He nevertheless provided me with a brand new one.

Overall I had a really pleasant experience, the store was tidy, staff were friendly. I purchased an electric razor which said it was safe for all applications. Things really went down hill once I started using it, I'll spare you the gory details but essentially I used to razor once and seriously cut up my boys. This was beyond painful and I had to go to the emergency department to get this treated. The staff had assured me that the product would be perfectly usable for all applications, I am very disappointed by this outcome.

Fantastic service on Saturday from a young guy with dark hair. Well done as he recommended me a great razor for a price I was very happy with.
Had all the answers and will be back to buy replacement parts/accessories.
