10So I had just bought an expensive mens shaver and then asked if I could get help with a ladies shaver too The assistant who was serving me, left me to serve someone else who arrived after me. I obviously walked out and if I didnt need the mens shaver as a gift I would've asked for my money back. Rude to say the least.

Been again to this store today to buy a men's body grooming set. As usual brilliant service by knowledgeable staff. Most expensive items we've bought was my wife's Dyson Hair Drier.
Fantastic products but the highlight of my visit was the staff.super helpful and very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.the staff input was crucial to my choice of shaver very happy with my choice and will definitely be back again.
I had to return a product under warranty that i had purchased online. The lady was extremely helpful and polite, she helped me choose a better quality shaver and was very knowledgeable.
We visited the Mandurah store thrice
The first time is to make the purchase with good advice given to aid in buying.
The second time is upon finding out a weird sound came out when the clipper was on and tilted right, the assistant tighten something and it seemed to work again.
The third time was today when we decided that we wanted a change of clippers as the sound was coming on and off. Though we were slightly disappointed at our exact mod being out of stock, the retail assistant recommended a slightly older model but otherwise same clipper, which we happily exchanged for. All in, a great purchase experience with them!
Good products, staff will try to sell you the most expensive but they have good knowledge aswell
