Fantastic Variety and Exceptional customer service.

Never seen so many options before!

Was looking for something to get for my girlfriend's father for Christmas and didn't know what to choose.

Matt and Matt (They both had the same name.) Helped us pick up something nice, reliable and on a good budget too.

Great job from these guys!

They were even kind enough to provide us with a larger bag so I could put away the other stuff we were carrying.

Walked in with what I wanted in mind, ready to buy. Sales assistant tells me what I want is junk and that I need to buy the updated version for well over twice the price. During which he also suggests I am "just getting into" cutting my own hair. Something I've been doing 20+ years.
Needless to say, I walked out empty handed, never to return.

Took a little while to find my online order, else no issues. Apparently when I placed it it was on a different system. Luckily I had emailed the corporate office prior to confirm it was ready for collection as I didn't get a ready for pickup email.

I visited the shaver shop in Belmont this morning. Hayley was so helpful and accomodating! It was a real pleasure shopping at this Belmont store and my only wish is that other stores provide the same service as what I had received! Shopping would be a real pleasure! Hayley thank you again! May management recognise your loyal service and may you be rewarded accordingly!

Wife bought me a Braun shaver for fathers day. It plucked my beard hair out so I returned it soon after and expected to just either get my money back or a store credit to buy a different shaver. I was told that I had to send the product back to Braun. The sales woman told me:

1) It would take no more than two weeks.
2) I can claim back the cost of postage (which cost $18).

I contacted Braun and they told me that I should expect to wait up to 60 days and that I was responsible for paying for the postage. So this product cost me $18 for nothing plus the 45 minute drive to and 45 minute drive back from the store.

Pretty sure my statutory rights have been contravened.

Good prices and large choice but the seller is a bit pushy and rude when you refuse to buy the oil for the blades

We had to return a faulty beard trimmer today to the Belmont store. Nothing was too much trouble for the salesman (sorry we didn't get his name). He was very friendly and very helpful and was happy to replace the item, which was only 5 months old, with a new one. Excellent customer and after sales service. Unfortunately there is not enough of this in Perth today, that might be the reason people shop online.

I misplaced my battery charger for a product purchased 7 months ago. The product's Australian distributor suggested that a replacement part would not be available & the product should be replaced as a whole because it was still under warranty (and I assume, parts should be available). I called & spoke to Alex who offered to check to see if they had a cord & asked me to drop in when I was at the Forum.

I headed for the Forum pretty much immediately, not expecting Alex to have a had a chance to check if they had the article. Not only did he have one, he was happy to give it to me free of charge.

Great service. I'll shop at the Shaver Shop, Belmont Forum again.

This shop is owned by crooks all the fitout work was done by local contractors and not one cent was paid for labor or materials
