Been going to this shop for years bought three Whal stainless steel shaver’s expensive sonic toothbrush and other bits. Today they charged me $4.95 for one plastic size three beard trimmer attachment, what a rip off! Me not going back here again you can buy a full set online for less than $10.

Returned my Remington Body trimmer which was about 3 months out of Warranty and they did not want to help
They suggested I should ring Remington which coming from a sales background they should be the one to ring. Will not be going Back to this shop.

Recommend you use this Shaver Shop to buy a Phillips Shaver.
Mine, after 3 mths, started a noisy mechanical clatter, They checked it out and IMMEDIATELY gave me a New Phillips Shaver replacement.
Very polite excellent help

Awesome shop that sells a wide variety of products. We bought an electric toothbrush that was on EOFY sale, 50% off.

The staff are friendly and take their time to explain the differences between products. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in need of a new appliance for a great deal.

I'm heavily pregnant and called ahead to check that a product that I needed was on stock. After being told that it was and that the6 would put it on hold for me, I dragged my whale sized self to the shops to pick it up. Only to find out that the staff member had put the wrong item aside and that of wasn't in fact in stock. Annoying at the best of times, but when you struggle to get around it's even worse. Only reason I'm goving 2 stars is that The stuff number apologised

BUYER BEWARE! Went here after a hair straightener I purchased was not heating up enough to straightener hair. A salesperson with a name tag which said Robyn proceeded to test it and then refused to accept return as it was outside of their 21 day return window. I warn everyone to be wary of this company as they will do anything possible to refuse to accept a return or to fix your product. You advertise the product I purchased on your website as being for Thick Curly hair and yet it does not perform as advertised. The moment you have issues they don't want to know you. I have been loyal to this company for years and yet after this experience I will avoid them at all costs and suggest you do also. Incidentally despite this salesperson having a name tag Robyn, when I asked for details of our interaction he proceeded to write down the name Nick Blessing on a post it note. Please be wary of this company. I would give zero stars if I could.

EDIT: Shaver Shop. Your response very clearly proves my point. The product I purchased is advertised on your website as being for “medium to thick and difficult to manage hair”. Your returns policy states that “If something that you have purchased is unsafe; incorrectly described; doesn’t do what we said it would; or has a major problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it, you can return this product for a full refund or exchange”. The product you advertised does not do what you claimed it would do and yet you still refuse to rectify this. This is not a case of merely being ‘dissatisfied”.
I again warn everyone to be careful of dealing with a company that treats its customers like this.

Don’t shop wasting of money sold me trimmer for 500$ with one year warranty when I called it’s not working they said sorry it’s few months now u can buy parts for it we can’t replace what does warranty mean then they just trapping ppl with warranty will never go again

Went in last week Thursday and was on the receiving end of some superb salesmanship from staff/team member Nick. Working in sales myself it was just awesome to deal with someone who’s clearly passionate about helping people and his product knowledge was extremely impressive. Thanks Nick.

Very friendly staff. My husband and I went there to get a hair clipper and a blow dryer. They were very kind and helpful. Although they didn't have a blow dryer that I want in stock I walked out pretty happy thanks to their great customer service.

No experienced workers, was lied to and had to pay return fees after purchasing a faulty panasonic product. Not happy about it and would not recommend anyone to go.

They convinced me to switch to safety blades and I've never looked back since. Everything you need. I gave this some thought and remembered the level of attention and helpful information I was given by the staff there. To be fair on them and the stores purpose I can't think of having a better shaving experience. So it's top tier for here!

Had a shaver replacement on warranty about 10 months old. No questions asked and upgraded to a better model. Lady at the counter was excellent.

Avoid. Ordered a product online which was misplaced in transit. Contacted AusPost which were prompt in responding and told me to contact Shaver Shop. Had to contact Shaver Shop twice, response was unhelpful and minimal. Still waiting for further follow-up and still haven't received the product I paid for.

Thry have a very good range of products and very friendly customer support. I purchased couple of things for very reasonable prices, but it is not always the case with shavershop. I suggest to keep an eye on their deals.
