Knew what I wanted and I asked the staff for it but sales staffs kept pushing for the more expensive option.

At around 5pm today I asked for a cheaper option on razor blades. The staff member I was talking to laughed in my face and I heard snickering behind the counter. They did actually have cheaper options, which I bought. As soon as I left, the two staff members laughed and said "did you hear that? Do you have cheaper options? " and continued to chuckle to each other. I understand that you have sales quotas to meet, but that was childish and disrespectful.

Picked up a pitbull gold head shaver today, was served by a very helpful young lady named Haylie, couldnt be happier with the service, just finihsed shaving my head and this thing works great, only took a few mins, cheers.

Would have to be most useful shop, there's a gadget for almost anything. Girl was really helpful and I picked up an electric toothbrush very cheap! A great place to buy gifts.

An outstanding experience in store today. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy and friendly. The product range is excellent and the store presents very well indeed. I highly recommend The Shaver Shop to anyone serious about their grooming needs.

Dishonest. Placed an order online and prompty received a "your order has been shipped" email. 4 days later no parcel so I send them a query email as to ETA. A few hours later Australia Post reports "Picked up from Sender". And they wonder why people want to buy stuff from Amazon USA. AVOID

Guess if I specifically go somewhere and when I get there its closed for renovations (and nothing has seemingly been prior stated to this effect anywhere), the only course of action isn't to love it?

What happen I just walk in shop with my sister got shaving machine as birthday gift they don’t want replace it plus nothing has been happen to still in box. I could give 5 stars but naaaaa 1 is enough but although not even 1

I buy a clipper from 5 months ago was ok but last 2 weeks started to stuck in the hair
And it was under warranty for 2 years
When i take it back they ask if I oil it regularly i say yes all the time and they say you have to change the blade
And it cost 50 $
What the point if warranty if doesn’t cover the blade

Awesome place got my wife a brush cleaner that she was begging to get. Fair pricing compare to those back in the U. S.

Agressive sales agenda. Staff openly discussing sales targets. Less about the customer and more about which staff member gets what sale. Not a good experience

What a great bunch of people. Had the pleasure of speaking to Matt over the phone. Ordered a hair straightener as a surprise for my wife who works in the centre. Matt personally delivered it to her as a surprise at her work and kept me in the loop during the whole process. AWESOME! Customer service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good products. Perhaps, they should consider giving accessories as complimentary on purchases over $150
