Sharktails Fish N Chips

Since moving to Kalgoorlie I've been hesitant to get fish and chips this far from the ocean, but Sharktails didn't disappoint!

Food, Service and Price all quality!

First time customers, fish was lovely & fresh. Batter was light and crispy. Food was delicious. Service excellent and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Firstly chuck a u-turn and head to maccas your better off scraping the gunk of the floor there than eating food here. When you walk in your greeted with the staff ignoring you as you try to order (politely asking if you can order your food) the prices are very high also.you ask about the wait time again you are ignored and they stair daggers ate you.you then wait 40 minutes for them to complete 2 orders in front of you (small orders) the staff are not working half of them are just talking amungst themselves or again stairing daggers at the customers.we see them roll all our food into one sheet of paper squishing it all together with bare hands.the entire time we where waiting they did not once clean them.we got home and all our food was mushed into a ball will not return will not recomend.best sell up pack up and go away.

Absolutely terrible. Wait time was 40 minutes and there was only 2 other people in there, staff were extremely rude, often ignoring customers coming in and people trying to order/ ask wait time. A woman working behind the counter wasn’t doing anything but chatting with her coworkers and ignoring customers, glaring at customers a lot.
Food was horrendous, the man behind putting it in the bag squished all the fish and chips together so when we opened it it was all squished together and mushy, food was extremely greasy and unappetising, fish was slimy and chips were soggy and mushy. Absolutely not worth the 40 minute wait time, customers were complaining in the shop openly about having to wait so long and the fact the people working there weren’t using gloves to handle food and didn’t wash their hands in between touching people’s food and other stuff around the kitchen, very unhygienic, will not be going here again.

I ordered the fish and chipper and upgraded to Shark as am highly allergic to other fish and was so fresh and well cooked. The pineapple fritters had the right amount of cinnamon sugar. Will definitely become a regular when in Kalgoorlie. Didn't get photos as was too busy eating

Apparently this is $4 chips! Not even one serving for an adult. Plus they charge a 80c surcharge on cards. Won’t be going back

Had a lunch here the other day, awesome sized potato scallops! Very prompt with the orders, didn't have to wait to long. Phoned up in advance.great little chippy shop.

Good food, good prices, good staff - what more does one want? They usually have a wide variety of seafoods beyond fish and chips - I have not asked for shark tails, however.)

Staff member is approachable, talks to customers, FOOD IS CLEAN AND DELICIOUS LY FRESHLY COOKED️

Very disappointing. Was starving hungry, so I should of enjoyed it. Chips were horrible, fish was disgusting, dim sim was burnt. I will never go there again.

Just had fish and chip from this shop, asked for snapper, got basa, never again will i go their.

On what level on any planet does this constitute 26.50 worth of food there are 1.5 average spuds in this picture which levels up at very poor for a medium chips. No more business from me.

Nothing wrong with the food, I'm reading the reviews and one of them says about a laundry.first they have nothing to do with the laundry, only give change when they receive it to give out. You have a problem contact Atlas Linen.second thing I see is Alan Read you that you paid that much, it appears you have food missing (exclude crabsticks) based on oil because never in my time going there have I had that much oil, second if you were late on picking up fried food degrades, any person knows that, next if that was the case perhaps an error was made so why did you not contact the staff at the Kalgoorlie store, the manager is a lovely person and will have sorted it out promptly. Also did this include the drinks?

Only 1 large front loader and no change machine but enough small front loaders and drivers to get the job done
