Shark Shack & Co Fish And Chips

Always great place for fish and chips (order here all the time) but service has gotten worse. Waited over 20 minutes in the shop after ordering 15 minutes prior to this. Everyone after me got their food which I found strange and after 10 minutes one of the girls asked my name and then after another 10 minutes someone asks again and finally found my order which was waiting for the last 15 minutes (as they called out a number which no one had given me, while my name was written on the ticket). Got my order and the fish was dry and the chips had no salt even though I asked for chicken salt and that was written on the ticket. Will try them again as I hope this was a one off.

Tried the fish and chips tonight for the first time have to day they were very good and the 2 guys that were working there were very friendly

I ordered grilled fish with garden salad, thought it’s easy. But not! I m on a gluten free diet, got my fish soaked in oil and coated with flour. The garden salad was soggy, lettuce, lots of onions, 4 pieces of tomato’s and few pieces of carrots drawn in vinegar.
Called them straight with complaints, few minutes later got my delivery - piece of fish, this time no oil and grilled, Not the best one I had, but at least something I can have!
Salad made by myself. The one I ordered went to the bin.
People are not stupid anymore, the service you provide should be perfect!
Not recommended, sorry, even if they tried to fix the problem, doesn’t taste good

Service always excellent, massive portion sizes and a large variety of choices on the menu. By far the best in the area

Lovely, friendly staff and the best fish and chips ever! And they make their own potato scallops! Definitely recommend them.

The chips was very bad, it was undercook and their staff was rush, and I dissatisfied with that, I think the ' Golden Snapper ' in the IGA better than that one

Usually have fish and chips at least once a fortnight and is usually beautiful
Must of had a different cook on tonight as so much batter on the fish and extremely oily

Have been multiple times to this Fish and Chippy shop can honestly say its the best North of the River. Never a complaint, generous portions, super tasty and very friendly staff. Wont go anywhere else.

Great portion sizes and nice flaky fish, little over priced for $14 a piece though and the batter is not very crispy, could do with a much better batter recipe, they could also make their own beef/chicken patty''s for the burgers i then would buy them weekly, but for frozen fillets/patty''s i can cook it at home, how hard is it these days to make something fresh.

Fresh tasty fish. Big servings of food, reasonably priced and friendly staff what more could you want?

Best fish & chips that we have had in years. I like my fish & chips extra crispy and thats what I got. Beautifully cooked food. Thanks guys.

Tonight I bought 2 lots of fish and chips I with chicken salt one with no salt, that was incorrect so they rectified it both fish were soaking in oil. I returned them they cooked another batch and yes the fish still soaking in oil batter none existent all to oily they went into the bin. These are the worst fish and chips we have ever had and will never returne. And yes have read reviews so really just don't get it? $21 I could have and did throw into the bin. And yes a lot of youngsters working there tried it as live in Merriwa back to Chipped in Butler. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Find this ti be a pretty good shop. Always fresh. Staff are very friendly & attentive. Not a long wait either.
