Shane Eather's Automotive is one of the best mechanics in Australia, and has been such an amazing bloke to deal with - he has given ample extra advice when I was in the market for a new car and I have always decided to drive all the way from Mandurah just so I know my cars are in safe hands - could not recommend anyone else higher in Western Australia for your mechanic, goodluck getting in though as he is always fully booked!

Shane is an amazing mechanic. His price is super fair. He is an expert at what he does and he has an amazing team. You do not need to break a bank before you get a great car service from him. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t recommend Shane Eather’s Automotive enough! I dropped in without a booking and Shane and his team were so helpful, welcoming and had no problem fitting me in so last minute. They were fully booked but had no problem giving me the time to answer any questions i had and to ease my anxieties about the car and it’s problem. Such a reliable and honest team who made me feel heard and like i wasn’t being ripped off. They went above and beyond to ensure my car was running smoothly again and i’ll definitely be returning for my services and car issues in the future.

Second to none customer service. My wife and I have been using Shane's services for around 15 years now and have never had anything but a great experience. Usually booked solid 3-4 weeks in advance.

Great place to get vehicles inspected to remove yellow stickers. Shane runs a very professional workshop that provides great service. Very easy going family run business that go the extra length to accommodate the customer.

I have been going to Shane for a couple of years now and would not trust anyone else to do my car. In my experience they have always been up front, thorough and honest in any work they have done. All the staff are friendly and very helpful and Shane who is my main contact point keeps me informed and explains in details everything they do. The convenient use of a free loan car for the entire time helps me continue every day duties without disruptions. Can highly recommend these mechanics.

Very reliable service. Shane quoted me prices for things that needed fixing on my car and even explained what needed replacing and why. He called before doing any work to ask if I wanted to go ahead with it and was very open and honest about the costs involved. Will definitely keep coming back.

Had car serviced and went in with steering perfect and came out with pull to left and soft foot break. Took it back and Shane said there was no problems but you can take it to the mechanic who we got to do a wheel aliment? (i did not employ this person), and the break adjustment that was paid for in the invoice, Shane stated we did not do that! Anyway I thought I would check with the contractor and they told me yes we did that but we could not fix the steering and we told Auto action. When I rang back all I got was a rude "that did not happen" I have left messages and emails and guess what - not reply's. Shame Shane Shame

An incredibly honest and highly experienced mechanic who will not only charge you the best rates but will treat your car like his own! Form pre purchase inspection to all major and minor maintenance Automotive Action has really looked after me well. One of the most trustworthy teams out there and one stop to all my car issues! Very highly recommended!

The proprietor and the admin person quoted me 2 different prices for what ended up being 2 different services. The admin person also said they would call me back within 10 minutes to confirm an estimate, which never happened.
