My baby had an immunization and i was not happy with the service given by nurse. She did not explained the procedure and she been hard while introducing needle on my baby which makes me upset. My baby’s legs got swollen.

We had his previous immunization from other clinic which was best choice.

I would not recommend anyone to visit this clinic for baby’s immunization.

I had visited this clinic few times for myself as well as it is closest one. I find the receptionist are not welcoming except one girl who been nice to me.

Disgusting service. I waited almost an hour to be seen by the doctor for an appointment I booked at 10: 30am today to be miss diagnosed with hayfever allergies by Dr oreyo as I told him I have a high temperature, headaches and body aches for the past two weeks

Dr Annick is condescending and rude completey dismissed the pain I was describing said the thing that I found effective in management of the reoccuring issue was not real. Not your place to say that when the patient has said what has worked. Don't dismiss my issues rude

I hope you all end up shutting down going private now and loose patients how many people dont want do this I know I dont and you only get a lousy $30 back what a joke this country is now and dont say we appreciate your feedback either whats the point in having Medicare and not only that you hardly see any Aussie doctors now at medical centres and some of them are dam rude very pitiful how will we get medical certificates now for off work sick im not going to pay $70 for that alone and calling the manager wont be of any help either

I had an appointment today with Dr. Tutenda Mukwena…

She was very rude and had 0 interest in me being there. Every issue i was there for was quickly shut down and fastly moved onto ‘next’ if you hate your job to the point you’re arrogant to patients just quit. Disgusting

I have been to this practice and had great doctors, but also had the worse. After having a tele health appointment today with Dr Tatenda Mukwena I needed to write a review. She is very rude, condescending and doesn't care at all. Couldn't even send the correct script to the chemist, because she so abruptly ended the phone call, which lasted 4 minutes. If you really hate your job so much and don't care about people, change profession. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

Dr Mudhar needs to retire. Go in there seeking assistance with weight loss because I’m on antipsychotic, proceeds to make a bunch of judgements about me, even though I’m extremely hard working employed, don’t drink etc. We don’t all have the luxury of sitting on a bloody fitness ball all day.

Completely unprofessional. The doctors consistently are running behind and reception don’t inform patients when they arrive - we waiting 30 minutes before going up and all she could say was ‘we’re running so behind it’ll be done shortly’ and 30 minutes later we’re still not seen. How are we meant to keep to commitments with other health professionals when these ones aren’t keeping to their schedule? I understand that sometimes we run behind and that’s human, however the lack of communication and understanding for patients is ridiculous.
Ended up leaving the practise due to their horrible people and time management skills.

Went in yesterday because i have injured my lower back a bit over a month ago. Have been seeing a physio but wanted to get a referral for a scan to see if i had slipped a disk. When the doctor called out my name he did not wait for me at all and just walked straight into his office, i struggle to walk right now so so am i bit slow and did not see which office he had gone into. When i finally found it he made me do a quad flexibility test to check my back? He then proceeded to tell me to lift with my back and not my legs in the future as i have only apparently strained a muscle. I have studied in anatomy and physiology and the tests i did and the information i was given made me very concerned for my health and well being and of his other patients, i am very confused how he is a licensed GP.

I have been a patient here for atleast four years. They used to be very Informative and professional but the last two visits here have been like pulling teeth.
I have a straight forward medical history but the doctors, specifically Dr. Mukwena gives off an apathetic and suspicious vibe. Wouldn't recommend going here. The last thing you want when you are divulging personal information is to be judged and told you're lying about your past and experiences.

We came at 10.15 am for our 10.20 am appointment. The receptionist escorted my 4 yo old and myself into isolated room. We were told to wait and as she was leaving she shut the door. My son was sick and we were up all night. There was no air flow or windows and it felt very claustrophobic. After trying very hard to keep my son quite, I phoned to the receptionist 10.50 am to check if ANY doctors are coming. I was informed that there was still two people in front of us. I told her that we are not able to wait for another 30 min and all she said "That is OK", no apology, no attempt to do something about it, just a blunt response that indicated "we do not care". That is disgusting attitude! I am a health professional myself and run my own podiatry clinic. I've never made our patients wait for that long and if there is a delay of more than 10 min.my patients are informed as soon as they arrive. These doctors at Seville Drive Medical Centre and the reception staff has no respect to their patients. It is very upsetting when you suppose to meet someone who cares but instead is faced with ignorance. APRHA should be reviewing their conduct and who knows what else can be discovered, as this medical centre screams nothing but trouble.

I have been a patient here for 9 years or so. It is a busy practice but that's because the doctors are wonderful and very knowledgeable and take the time to listen. The nursing staff, Chloe and Jacqui are fantastic. The reception staff will and do help as much as they can.

I went to the hospital for a physical examination on 7/11. I made an appointment for the Q fever injection on Monday, but I was notified to cancel it on Monday, and then I asked for a refund. Why hasn’t I received any notification for almost 1 month? My Invoice Number is 191895JMG

The blonde old lady is extremely rude! My appointment is 5.40 waited for 50 minutes and got told to wait another 15 mins as there is another patient before me. I ask what is the appointment for if I have to wait this long but she just give me an attitude and say if you have a problem just take it to the management! Why the hell is she there for? She works in the reception and she doenst know whats going on? Ive been going to this centre since 2013 they been really good but this old lady ruining the reputation of this centre! Her face shouldn’t be the one people get to see by the time you walk in the centre! She’s not very helpful at all! Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to get her name! But if this page really care about the public reviews and wanted to talk to this receptionist? Check your cctv! She’s working during my My appoint hour the 20th nov 5.30 pm! Very disappointing!

Had An appointment at 10.30 am, was 5 minutes early as well as announcing myself to reception. Only to sit there waiting for 45 minutes? Then I asked what the delay was? On disappearing for 5 minutes, I get told that the nurse I was meant to see has just left. WTF? I had been sitting directly in front of staff and they could not see fit outside of their personal conversations to check if the nurse was available for me during my wait. To add insult to injury, I am asked if I wanted to reschedule in 2 weeks? Why would I? So.in this instance, do I now bill the Medical Centre for wasting my time as they nicely sent me a txt stating I would be billed if I did not show for my appointment? I am really not happy about the inconvenience.
