Very professional. Serge was on time, very knowledgeable, explained problems and fixed 2 cars that day. Both cars now running excellent. Plus very very reasonably priced (cheap / budget).

I have two cars serviced by Pav. I have no hesitation in recommending him as a versatile and honest mechanic. He is experienced with German made motor vehicles. Pav has saved me money by not replacing parts prematurely. He is always approachable for advice and is ethical. He has sovled problems that other mechanics have failed to solve.

New Owner Pav.took both our vehicles to him for the fist time for servicing. Was disappointed to find afterwards that the air filter on one vehicle had not been cleaned. I blew out the dust myself and am now looking for someone else to maintain our vehicles. What a shame after more than 15 years of impeccable service by Rob.

Serge found the problem after pressure testing the cooling system and fixed it straight away. Great service.

New owner Rob Retired. New owner was very rude. Had a problem after he serviced my car. Called to let him know and told my son and husband to f off loverly. Not what you want to hear when you know something is wrong. Totally not worth taking your car to him. The new owner has responded to my complaint but unfortunately what he says is untrue. My husband and son complained about the car within a week (not 2). Yes the tyres were marked but not for rotation. You the owner hung up on my son not the other way around. We still would never recommend you ever.
And yes we have a New Fantastic merchanic.
You were in a too big of a hurry to get away on that Friday and yes you made a mistake Mr Merchanic.

Went to service automotive engineering last month, pav the new owner was very kind and helpful and willing to answer all of my questions and give me assurances that he more than fulfilled. He helped me out with my BMW M3 and did a fantastic job with a number of issues that I had. I have since brought my Audi RS4 and he is so helpful and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra distance on our cars. Would absolute recommend them!
