Serpentine Falls Holiday Park Perth - Cabins Caravan Park Camping Grounds reviews
49The grass was not being watered enough and felt like straw. Pool over crowded. Very windy location on a busy highway.would not go back.
This is a great location only downside if your camping I. A tent be warned it is VERY windy two of our friends tents broke one ripped in half another bent out of shape and my tent snapped a pole due to the wind and we had to leave early.
Beautiful clean park. Close to lots of things to do. Walking distance to Serpentine Falls and a short drive to breweries, cafes and wineries. Amenities are spotless, and friendly, welcoming hosts. Highly recommend.
This park is great, large sites on beautifully maintained grounds. Staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with. The park is in a great location for access to just about everywhere. Very clean facilities. We would recommend a stay to anyone. Also reasonably priced for travellers. Thanks Serpentine Caravan Park. Cheers. Casey and Jill from Victoria
Lovely place to stay in! Friendly staff. The floors in the chalet was dirty though (we are used to wearing no shoes inside, but we had to put on our shoes throughout the whole stay, might not be an issue if you're ok with wearing footwear indoors). The rooms felt really nice and warm even in winter. Wish there was a kids playground. Overall enjoyed our stay
This is my go to place when i come to Perth. The unpowered area is nice, grassy and flat. Is close to the road though but you can tune out to the traffic.
It does get windy, sometimes extreme wind warnings are issued.
Dont fight nature, you wont win. Be prepared for it.
I sometimes book the small cabin no ensuite. Is a nice warm place to relax. Has basic facilties, cooking, tv, fridge.
The communal facilities are great and clean.
Kitchen is well set out, bbq is good (depends how the last person left it)
Staff are wonderful and always helpful.
Location is nice and the national park is short walk to hiking trails and waterfall.
Love love love this gloriously beautiful and iconic "must visit" area of the South West!
Great service by managment.
Clean amenties, kitchen, laundry too.
Lovley grassed area for camping.
Very quiet and good facilities, coffe shop and petrol station by walking distance. Very windy though.good if you wanna be away from town:)
The room wasn't terribly clean, heaps of spiders webs and outdoor area hadn't been cleaned for a while.
The bed was an average looking chipboard frame and we broke it and had to pay nearly as much for the room for a new bed frame. In hindsight we should have taken pictures.
Unpowered camping area a bit rough on the ground with plenty of ants. Otherwise a great spot with a pool, camp kitchen and toilet block.
Friendly staff and good atmosphere.
They do not Refund. They Do not want to Switch a Night.
I speak about a small UNPOWER site.they are just stingy +
We went there for camping with kids. But it was too windy. We couldn't sleep first night at all. We booked for two nights. So we went to the office and explained everything to the lady. She was so nice pardon me I forgot your name. Thanks a lot for understanding our situation and she refunded us one days money.
This place is so dirty.
Unpowered / powered sites right next to the highway.
Pool is disgusting.
The worst campsite around Perth.
We booked a 2-bedroom cabin for our pre-wedding accommodation and to prepare ourselves on the big day. The cabin was spacious, clean and well-furnished, with lots of lovely art and decor to make the place feel homely yet modern. The staff were accommodating and relaxed while four bridesmaids, a bouquet delivery, a hair stylist and a small photography crew all rolled up at various points in the day. Debbie also delivered some lovely surprise touches to help make our stay feel extra special. We had a great time overall and appreciate the support of the team at Serpentine Falls!
Absolutely loved my stay, short distance from serpentine Falls.
The chalet was so clean and tidy and spacious.
The front reception lady was so lovely.
Perfect for a stop over. No long term stays allowed and the falls are just a quick walk/drive up the road
Beautiful park and the grounds are kept very clean. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and the amenities were lovely and clean. Family friendly and we could take our dog.
Tents collapsed in on everyone at campgrounds. Had to evacuate the site in middle of the night as had two toddlers who had tent poles crashing into their heads. Others slept in their vehicles. Staff advised the wind is really bad and happens a lot. Perhaps add a warning to your site about winds for tents? Would not have booked if had been made aware, or would of looked at a cabin! Paid for 3 night and unable to even stay one and just shrugged off my management. Others who live nearby tried to help other campers, and people in camper homes advised they had watch people all pack up and leave before their bookings were up.
Emailed two separate emails of camp and been more than a week with no reply still, expecting asking me to send a review in
Great campsite. Lovely grassy sites, facilities were always clean. Great pool area. Lovely views of the hills. Will definitely return
