Mahdi ate the fragrance influencer community UP.mahdi will go above and beyond to recommend fragrances according to your likes, and will go out of his way to show you unique scent layering combinations.he is so friendly and so knowledgeable.will always recommend him!
I’m giving 5 stars to the manager Lauren M for her excellent customer service because without her I would of been giving you a 2-stars as the rest of the girls in the floor were too busy to help customers but were happy fixing each others bra straps and chatting. I suffering from really bad social anxiety so I struggle to ask for help but the fact that three girls saw me struggling but chose to not help was pretty poor effort!
Thank you Lauren for helping me when I went up to the counter you made my shopping experience an enjoyable one!

The girls at Sephora sorted out my online incident, I ordered a skincare product online and was given a concealer no where near my skin tone, I order online to avoid going into the city, the Sephora online support was not replying to me so I went and told the lovely blonde at the counter what had happened she sorted out my order straight away no problems at all and even gave me a gift bag for the hassle, lovely & so genuine thank you ladies!
The customer service was terrible. It’s not like your short of staff there is like 6 of you in there. The glares are unwelcoming and deep in conversation with other staff members is unprofessional.
My first time in the new Sephora Perth store on the 6th Feb at around 9.30am. There was no other customer and 3 shop assistants all of whom made no eye contact, did not greet me even when I walked right past them and loudly gossiping about Greys Anatomy. Very snooty vibe. So I went and spent my money at David Jones instead where I have always have good customer care. Poor customer service and I’m not that precious either.
Nice new store. Saves me from going to Karrinyup. Just did a quick once over during a break.
I looove Kelly and James! They are the absolute best of the best, super friendly as if we were friends. Kelly was so easy to get along with and talk to she even went out the back and hunted down an item that was out of stock on the shelves. I’ll always return to this store for those 2 they are doing amazing:) thank you so much lovlies

Terrible service. Went in on a quiet Sunday and no one greets you, all the staff are talking in groups, using the Dyson hairdryer on themselves and if you make eye contact, they avoid it and give you a rude look. Absolutely appalling and clearly they had zero interest in assisting any customers. Mecca has a much more welcoming vibe and I think this store needs a stronger management team to actually lead these rude, disrespectful employees because they’re missing out on a lot of sales.
First time I went I had a great experience I was welcomed by an amazing staff member her name is Mariam still to this day every time I go there I am always hoping she’ll be there working so helpful she always go above and beyond to make sure I get I came for xx
The security is HORRIBLE. The security guard up front took 15 minutes going through EVERY. SINGLE. PERSONS. BAG and interrogating them about every single thing they had. It got to the point to where there was a queue just to leave the store. Not to mention the racial profiling i witnessed. Everybody was uncomfortable and honestly just wanted to leave but of course had to wait in a queue to do so. Never coming back again.
It was like the staff were purposely avoiding me in the store when I needed help, I could hear them complaining to eachother about things. They were more interested to chatting to eachother. Finally I got help from a really nice person with short bright red hair, they were amazing and actually approached me.
I was assisted by Mariam who did a really good job helping me find exactly what I was looking for. She was really friendly and patient, and also let me know about current deals and specials. Was an overall lovely experience:)
Very poor customer service. No assistance available. Was roaming 30 min in store no assistance was available. In empty store with 10 customers all together. Need New foundation, make up brushes, make up things etc.want some advice and when give them a look they run other side. 2 was talking to each other and were doing they own make up. So disappointed. Got $200 gift card for Christmas and can’t spend it now. Such waste of my time.
Very average service, been in there multiple times where there has been minimal customers. Stock levels are pretty poor and tester cleanliness is bad
I do like the new terracycle program for points though
Such a lovely and welcoming atmosphere! Was a bit nervous going in store with a bare face but everyone was so kind and helpful without any judgment. I want to especially thank talenda (sorry my spelling is probably off) for helping me find my perfect contour shade and being such a lovely chat
Heaps of people showing up at your opening hour and it’s not open
Rude staff ignoring everyone that’s asking when it will be open
So disappointed with the staff. Totally unacceptable, not trained, lack of customer service. The staff was just chilling out and chatting.
Not happy at all. I would not Recommend if you need some help.
