WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. Booked a courier this morning. It stated 2-5 hours for collection, I called them after 5 hours (as the package was going to an office and had to be there by 5pm). Upon calling them I was advised that they could not complete the delivery as my suburb was classed as country and they didn't have a driver. Yet, payment has been taken from my account, booking confirmation received, receiver received an email re delivery. Will NEVER use again and certainly will not recommend. What was supposed to save me a time, has become a nightmare
