Linda and her team always give amazing customer service! Whenever I need clothes for the children or myself, I always visit Linda at Seed Watertown. She is a beautiful person inside and out, she goes above and beyond to meet your expectations and nothing is ever too hard. I have been shopping at this store for the past 3 years now and I can honestly say that you will not find a more genuine, kind-hearted person! Linda is exceptional at building customer relationships, and I always look forward to shopping at Seed.

Have to echo what many others have said: the staff here is amazing. The one lady (Linda?) is flying solo today and the store is surprisingly busy for a Monday morning. Yet she is all smiles, and just being super helpful to everyone. What a pleasant shopping experience.
Visited the store twice in a week. Both times I was the recipient of great service, and also noticed the two staff offering to help the other customers find their sizes at other stores and being really helpful. The ladies were patient and gave their customers full attention. The staff have a whole load of stock to deal with and pack, but yet they were all smiles. I have not had such a wonderful retail experience in a long time! Linda even went out of her way to offer to help with international communication to another Seed store if needed. Linda- if you see this, you are the absolute best, I am wearing my tops and thinking of you!
The ladies here are absolute ANGELS. So kind, gregarious and go out of their way to help you. People like them genuinely give me faith in humanity.

Today I had an amazing service at Seed Watertown by a lady called Linda. Earlier that day I was in the city store and they didn’t have the shoes I wanted in my size but the lady there told me that Watertown Had a few pairs. ALL I can Linda was very friendly and so helpful making sure I got the right size shoes and Made my day with her great customer service! I will definetelly go back to store again! Thank you once again

I met Linda & Keete, gorgeous ladies, today. They made my day. I was late and they were just about to close the store. But they still found me a perfect dress and a nice pair of sandal. As well as gave me enough time to give it a second thought, no forceful reminder’s like other store’s that we are closing in 10 minutes. I am so thankful to both of them for their excellent customer service. Keep been amazing!
