Terrible service
Went there today, no one greeted us, no one approached us, even though it was very quiet there. Georgia served me, but yeah she should pay attention to customer service. It won’t take too much to say hello…. Or to ask if customer need something.

On 8th June, 2023 in the evening, i along with my 16 months old son and sister went to do shopping at seed carousel.we were looking around to buy some clothes for my baby boy.there was a soft toy which my baby grabbed and he was playing with it. Suddenly a harsh voice saying ‘ once the baby puts the toys in the mouth it’s like sold’ and also said it’s passing bacteria when baby touches the soft toy’ then I turned and saw a asian lady with a frowning and very angry facial expression.what she said was too rude.i know those toys maybe be expensive but that is not the way she should tell us. Because other stores like Kmart and all have toys and they don’t say anything when baby touches it or throws it on floor or put it in the mouth.if it was too concerning she should have written or mentioned somewhere in her store.she is one of the staff working there.her voice was so harsh n loud to us as if we were stealing.i am also a service provider and i know how to deal with the customer unlike that asian lady who was down looking at us.i was unable to buy anything coz of her treatment towards us.to that lady if she is reading please know how to value your customers as you don’t know the manners to deal with one.i am sorry to say but the customer service was 0 out of 5. P. S.we are asians too.

I am often shopping at Seed store in carousel honestly i hear two staff sayings “today is easy” second staff added “people just looking at sale stuff” yep is me the one and only in the store looking at sale summer clothes stuff, I do take that as offended cause the staff didn’t even say hi once I stepped in the store I purposely walked pass them them twice because I don’t know what’s up with the attitude to me or I was wrong?

Im with my pram and the lady just looking down on me, not even a smile, I smiled at her she pretended like didn’t see me.

If you obviously can’t book, afford your Botox done for your face to be that droopy and sad or you are not happy working that go home my love.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a lovely young lady on Tuesday.
I’ve never felt so welcome and truely nothing was a problem, I ended up purchasing more than I needed because she worked with my style and needs so well! I definitely will return to this branch:)
