If you want to sleep dont stay here. No block out blinds especially with north facing wall of glass is crazy, the bedroom also had a wall of glass facing north so light went straight into the whole appartment and bedroom and couldnt stop it day or night. Also was above a security light so the spotlight went straight into the appartment and room all night, I tried boarding glass up with couch cushions and blankets at 2am as couldnt sleep which helped a little but but still like day during the night. I asked the on call person about it and they said they always get complaints about the light … so why they dont have blinds is nuts. Also appartment was facing ppls garage doors that live there which woke everyone up at 5am with lots of loud screetching. Tap to bath also doesnt reach so it floods around the outside and comes out a hole with cold water back into the bath. No toothpaste in bathroom either, most hotels give a little amenities pack but just soap and shampoo provided… not exactly luxury. Also no room service. Gorgeous pool though but thats the only positive. The place is a rip off but i did tell reception i was checking out after one night into my four night stay as i hadnt slept due to the light and garage doors and got a full refund thank god as i packed my bag first thing the next day.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which is seperate to the main hotel. The room was super secure, good views and SUPER spacious. We travel as a family of 5 so its always good when the kids get some space! Secure parking undercover! The kids can take themselves to the beach or pool and we could watch from the balcony (kids are teens). Good Movie Selection and full kitchen as well. Good size master and einsuite.

The only downside is the rooms probably need a proper clean, and refresh (we found remnants of previous guests and a spider). BUT it would not deter me staying again.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great price point! Good location!

Large fully equipped apartments, but rather poorly lit with some peculiar design aspects. Towels weren't up to standard, but the king-sized bed was very comfy. I did request a quiet room, but I was allocated one overlooking the road. The front edge of the desk in my room needed repairs as it kept pulling my clothes. I reported it to staff, so I presume it's been rectified. I think it's somewhat overpriced, but it was a place to sleep and shower, and the washing machine and dryer were really convenient.

Beachside infinity pool was the highlight of the resort. It was perfect. Also, was clean, friendly staff and brilliant BBQ amenities.

Stayed in the beachside villa! Was absolutely gorgeous! Came in and the room was clean and spacious! The view was absolutely phenomenal from the pool and the pool itself was amazing! Only thing is the toilet door in the room didn’t shut unless you were standing up and when washing your hands at the sink water splashed everywhere. Aside from that everything was perfect! Will definitely be coming back!

Nice view from 2nd floor room. Clean, light and comfortable. Proper king bed, so-so comfort-wise, good enough.
Room smelt pretty unpleasant. Some candles fixed that.
The most irritating part is the lack of a smart tv. It's not like they're expensive. Wouldn't bother me for a short stay, but 5 nights, you might want to chuck on Netflix one night. Instead we went to an op-shop and bought a few DVDs.
Overall, good, but not great.

We loved staying here so close to every thing and the most amazeing view from our balcony the cleaners are fantastic hard working the staff at reception helped us out heaps when our flights got canceled this morning so we didn't have to sleep out with the seagulls thank you so much for all you did for us

We stayed in a Two Bedroom Beach Front Villa. It was absolutely wonderful. The room had a washer and dryer (great for after a swim at the pool), nespresso coffee machine (bring your own pods). Our view was perfect. The beach is right there. The pool was excellent. The spa was out of order but we didn't mind. We wouldn't have used it anyways. The location is a short stroll to some lovely cafes. I would recommend Seashells Mandurah for friends and family heading to Mandurah.

It would have been ok if people knew how to control their own kids from making so much noise it ruins your whole stay. Disappointed to say the least.

The best place to spend with at Mandurah. I am certainly sure that I'll go back there soon. Your services are exceptional and I'd recommend Aussie to make use of this facility. Well done

A slice of heaven outside of Perth. Great room and view. All amenities available including coffee machines. Well worth the stay. Hot tub was good and infinity pool was warm in winter.

Great location, just a short walk from the beautiful quay and all the restaurants and entertainment there, and basically on the beach.
Internet was free and a good speed and allowed a VPN if you don't want them watching everything you do online (like they do at the Crown casino!).
Would be perfect but the maintenance on the place is terrible. Rotting skirting boards and walls and dodgy handiwork all over the place.
The fridge was set too high or faulty and couldn't freeze ice, but kept drinks cool.
Minor stains on carpet and the couch and the design is terrible with the toilet just a thin sheet of glass from the bed with an exhaust fan that hardly works, so don't have your first overnight stay with your sweetheart here unless you want to share your toilet noises with them.
If you can look past those issues and get a good price it's still worth a stay just for the location if nothing else.

Stayed for four nights and enjoyed every day, the sea view apartment was lovely, well equipped, great balcony and comfy beds. Plenty of cafes and eateries near by.

The stay was comfortable and clean. We found the staff rude. No housekeeping at all. We had to empty our own bins and remove rubbish to the the ground floor and take outside to the carpark

Lovely resort at ocean location in Mandurah with infinity pool overlooking wide accessible beach area. Attended 'Readers and Writers Festival', great location for it. Very efficiently conducted, with catering. Great opportunity to meet other authors and to hear about their writing and publishing experiences.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath spa on level 3 with an ocean view. Loved, loved, LOVED our stay at Seashells! Fantastic weather made a dip at the beach (right on our doorstep) AND a swim and spa in the Infinity pool an absolute delight. Close to all the restaurants at the Marina, and a short stroll into town, we 100% recommend! The only thing that we missed was having a bar near the pool, but that did not detract from the lovely staff, beautiful accom, and convenience of eateries and things to do a few minutes walk away. Looking forward to staying again soon
