Such a fun and engaging workout. Sean was attentive to the fitness level of all participants and tailored the program accordingly.

Pretty outdated equipment. Also very quiet with no atmosphere. Probably not suited for your serious lifters.

Fantastic gym. Best I’ve ever been too. Owner is a fantastic guy and would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone
