Couldn't speak highly enough. The instructors are amazing. My daughter looks forward to attending every week. The instructors are awesome in managing my daughters behaviours also.

Very inflexible, bad for shift working families.

Seadragonz came highly recommended to us, we were excited to start our toddler here and enjoyed the classes so are very disappointed to say that after 1 year our overall experience was a negative one.

Initially when we were enquiring about the classes we explained that we needed somewhere with flexibility on days because we are a shift working family and don't have the same available days every week.

Seadragonz said they could accommodate this and seemed understanding. However once we had signed up and paid they were reluctant to help. Each time we requested a change of day to another class we were made to feel like we were causing them massive inconvenience and for the last request (after being there for a year) we were told it was against their policy to change classes for one week.

So disappointing! And so often the classes weren't even full so it doesn't make sense that they wouldn't want to keep a paying customer because of a little bit of extra admin work!

We are going to change to a swim school that is more understanding and capable of supporting a shift working family. We hope that the management of seadragonz becomes more flexible to support their future customers.

I wish it was possible to give negative star ratings - this business has the most unprofessional/rude customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

I simply wanted to cancel my daughters membership as I was under the impression the swimming classes were free as stated on their website under infant classes. After she’s had two swimming lesson she I realised I was being charged as a huge amount had been taken out of my account.

I kindly emailed them asking for a breakdown of the costs, cancel my daughters membership and asked for a refund of my money as I was charged for a month in advance and a prepayment of the last month to which I wasn’t aware of.

I was refused a refund and told the fees we’re listed in their terms and conditions. Their terms and conditions only states how much the classes are per month and fails to mention what classes are free. When I raised this with them they said the fees were listed in their T&C’s as their prices change sooo often they’d can’t keep up with updating their website (a very lame excuse). I find this very sneaky behaviour.

I continued to ask for a refund but was then told they no longer wanted to speak to me on this matter. My husband then called to speak to the manager/owner I had been dealing with and he was refused to be transferred to her by the receptionist as the email said they didn’t want to talk to us about this and he was unable to speak to anyone else about It. We were told to send another email but weren’t guaranteed a response.

I have sent a further email to which I have received no response and I am now out of pocket over $200 for my daughter attending two swimming’s lessons. I don’t know how a “family friendly” business be so cold and rude to refuse to speak to their customers on a simple issue and completely not ignore them and take their money.

I will not be recommending SeaDRAGONZ swim school to any of my friends with children.

I’m not one to leave review so but dealing with this company I thought it necessary to make aware others of what they are getting themselves into - it’s worth it to read the other negative reviews on this page.

First time there.struggled to find it due to road works. Friendly staff, clean heated pool. Really happy with my slight progress. Small adult classes.

We were loyal client's of this swim school for 2 years with both my daughter's under 3 attending from as young as 3.5 months. I was always recommending it to people I knew.the swim instructor's were great, I couldn't fault them at the time.our membership came to an abrupt halt after having to pull my older daughter out due to medical order's by the doctor. I continued for 1 extra month with my youngest daughter before we were meant to be stopping for a few months whilst we were going overseas.

Ever since starting my eldest daughter suffered from skin issues like rashes and huge stye's that wouldn't ever be correctly diagnosed by doctor's or be resolved, we were always violently ill, gastro (lots of gastro!), viruses, flu's, just always very unwell. I'm a stay at home mum so for us to be as sick as we were was unexplainable. I didn't link it to the swimming until we stopped and that's when I realised all our medical problems and sicknesses were linked to Seadragonz.

I explained this in a nice email to management, telling them we'd had a great experience asides from those issues.to which I received NO response. 1 month later I followed it up and was told it was passed to the Owner.another 1 month later still not receiving any communication I followed it up again. I got the same response.so a few weeks later my husband phoned to speak to the 'Manager/Owner'. We were told she was not there and they knew the emails we were talking about but were told to send another email even though we still hadn't received a response to my original email 2 month's prior. My husband said we were not going to send another email as they remain unanswered and if we didn't get a response in the following few day's he would just go in and talk to someone in person. I was pregnant at the time and couldn't be bothered with all of it.when we weren't getting anywhere all we wanted was our 1 month's prepayment back which was kept so that we didn't have to pay it again when we returned from holiday's.this was the option given to us when I discussed it with the lady at the front desk but now as we were not returning due to medical reason's they didn't want to refund it to us.even though I had followed their instruction on cancelling at the time with medical certificates, notice given etc.

As you can expect my husband and I were disappointed that we weren't getting anywhere.the evening after my husband had phoned (2 hours later) we received a very threatening email by the owner saying that she was looking into the allegations made in my original email and that we had threatened her staff member on the phone and if we were to show up to their premise ALL staff member's have been instructed to call the POLICE! I was absolutely shocked to read this email.

Firstly we did not threaten them or their business we simply said we would come in and speak to someone as we weren't getting anywhere via email. My husband is the least threatening person you'll meet. I was so upset to have my reputation at the swim school we attended for 2 year's be ruined by the manager for no reasonable reason after not even meeting or speaking to this woman until her terrible email. I felt utterly humiliated and disappointed, and hugely upset.

I explained in my email back that we hadn't threatened anyone we just wanted to resolve our initial email that lay unanswered for 2 month's.to this day.no response a year later.and no money refunded.that's how much we meant to them as customer's.now having a another child to start swimming with I WILL NOT be attending this sweltering sweat box of a place to be sick every week of our lives.we have not felt as healthy as we do being completely clear of that place!

I would NEVER recommend going here.not worth paying to get sick and definitely not worth being treated like you are dirt from the Owner/Manager. This place desperately needs to look at their customer service because it's terrible for someone who has ran this business for a number of years.

I’m absolutely disgusted by this swim school management and how they did not give me the time of day.
They invited me for an interview for a job I applied for there at swim school reception (I have 5 years experience as a swim teacher). When I got there at 9 am (the time they had told me my interview was at), I was told that I was late and would not be interviewed. Quite confused and shocked by this I showed them the time on my phone that literally said 9: 01 am. I honestly thought this must of been some kind of joke, but no they were quite serious. I asked if I was meant to arrive early and they said ‘no, you were meant to arrive at 9: 00 am not 9: 01 am’. What a waste of hours of my time putting together the resume, the cover letter, preparing for the interview I did not get and making the effort to get ready and drive there and back (which was a 25 min drive each way). I am also a law student with final exams on at the moment and this took up my valuable time. I emailed them expressing my shock and disgust at how I was treated and the owner actually backed the actions up apparently arriving 1 minute late means that I lack ‘integrity’ even though every job I’ve ever had I’ve arrived 15-20 mins early for my shifts and have worked extremely hard. Absolute joke! Would not send my kids some managed by people like this who are that unreasonable, disrespectful and just horrible.

Very bad admin staff. My son started as level-2 (previously each level he completed in one moth frame in Armadale aquatic center) and even after 5 month class he still same level. Even with health issue they won't reschedule class.

Unfortunately the admin side leaves a LOT to be desired. Be prepared to be ripped off when you do finally cancel, and if you do make a mistake on the date they will happily take your final month's pre-payment without any refund. One of the most inflexible companies I've dealt with.

A great school. My kids have been having lessons since they were 10 months old. Do you have any idea the great thrill it is to take you 4 yr old snorkelling? Teach your kids to swim. It's one of the greatest gifts you can give them.

I have found all the teachers patient, friendly and thoroughly professional.

We just did the Sea Beanz baby class, the instructors were great and it was a fantastic way to introduce my little one to the water. I can't wait to go back when he's a little bit older.

These guys are so great! Both of my boys were a bit nervous at lessons to begin with, but every single teacher they've had has been amazing at building their confidence and figuring out what works best to motivate each individual!

Aside from the wonderful teaching, their customer service is also fantastic - they are always looking for feedback and ways to improve.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Seadragonz for everyone.
