The staff here are always warm & welcoming. The girls love spoiling the kids with a couple extra lollies when they spend their pocket money. Plus the hot food is always fresh and delicious

Great place to visit for essentials. Conveniently located near Anstruther St. Limited wheelchair access (manual door). It's a well stocked, old fashioned corner store and lunch bar. Huge selection of drinks and good selection of hot food in bain marie and pie warmer

Uninterested, unfriendly service. Looks like a drug hangout. Disappointed. This used to be such a friendly place many years ago. Won't be back. My original damning review.
Since then I spoke to a owner, Tony. What a wonderful conversation. Because of his attitude we will check you out again. Remember, change doesn't happen when no one tells you there's a problem.

My local deli Ive visited weekly since a child, always quick friendly service with a local family, we should all support small business owners especially well established shops like this deli.

Best Hamburgers! Order ahead as its a very busy corner shop. Don't tell everyone as the staff are already rushed off their feet.

I Love the Seabreeze deli. They are apart of my family. The food is yummy and fresh and Rolls/sandwiches are $2 around 5: 30-6ish if your lucky to get in.

Just picked up a small bucket of chips I think they were left over from a few days ago bloody awful as the same thing when I got a toasted egg and bacon sandwich a few weeks ago was as dry as think it had sat in the warmer since 5am bloody disgusting I won’t be back wasting my money that’s for sure

This place has been open for more than 20 years there food goes to half price after 6pm they are a tidy little corner store that i hope never disappears ohh and they have TNT sour chews best lolies in my personal opinion 10 cents a peice

Sea breeze deli staff are arrogant.rude and completely unfriendly to customers and the food is disgusting, greasy, and way over priced with a narly odour in there I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase food there you'd probably get food poisoning I've called the health department I saw a dirty big rat comin outta the kitchen

Probably my #1 deli to go to, love all the staff there and all the food is cooked fresh daily and the only deli that still does 5c, 20c, lollies!
