After 9 IPL treatments I am extremely disappointed with the results. Is there something wrong with the machines or maybe the operator? I was made to feel I was a “nuisance” when I queried why the treatments were not successful. Don’t waste your time and money ladies.
So everyone is aware; this place is closed on Saturdays, even though the website say that they are open till 1. Drove from Augusta to find this out!

I was in Busselton for two weeks holiday. I chose to go to Sea Serene because it looked professional and clean.
I was richly rewarded with a mindfulness facial and relaxation massage both done by Gemma. She was respectful, gentle and catered to my every need. I would recommend this service to anyone seeking to do something special for themselves.
I had a lovely massage, facial and brow/lash tint with Gemma as part of their Mother’s Day promotion, and I couldn’t fault anything. The massage and facial were very professional and relaxing, and Gemma made everything so lovely and tranquil while having the treatments done. Highly recommend Sea Serene.

I had Enzyme facial and eye treatment. It was very nice. As there were a number of steps in the treatment, I would like to have had the girl quietly tell me what she was doing at each step. All of a sudden it was over and I didn't really know what she had done.
WAXED MY SKIN OFF
Went in to get my legs waxed, during the session I noticed the beauty therapist pick at some wax (so she knew it was there) Got home and there was still wax on my legs and to top it off she had actually ripped some skin of above my ankle, enough to leave a scar. Had my eyebrows done at the same time, asked for long and thin, came back with similar to what her eyebrows look like. I'm assuming she thought her idea was better and went with it. Not Impressed with this.
