I was so amazed that with there lovely shop and willing to make a bathers top to fit you l would recommend sea jewels to anyone

Went to Sea Jewels with the intention of buying one pair of bathers; fit was so perfect ended up buying two pairs. Sizing is true to size, I did not have to go up a size. Trip from northern suburbs was well worth the trip to Bibra Lake. Great service very helpful, no pressure applied and absolutely fantastic products. Would highly recommend.

Customer Service for this company is fantastic! I chose 2 very differing sizes for my mum and even prior to dispatch I received an email from their team asking if I chose the right sizes. They also explained why another size may work better for me and made the required change.

Very quick postage and a great quality product. I was surprised at the ‘real’ sizing. I was worried because sometimes plus sizing can be smaller than size mentioned but it’s exactly what you want. It’s helpful they have a sizing guide for you too. Very happy. Will definitely be a repeat customer

What a fantastic experience! I ordered on line but the style I ordered didn’t suit me so I did what the website suggested and rang. I spoke to Julie, and between us we were able to select a style I loved, but then she arranged to have it modified to suit my needs. This was done very quickly and I’m now the very happy wearer of a swimsuit which I love. The whole experience was way above my expectations. Thank you!

High quality swimwear. The chlorine resistant 3 piece tankini set that I bought 3 years is still in excellent condition. I am a size 12E so finding a swimsuit that fits is impossible so I was very excited to find sea jewels! They have a nice range of colours and patterns to choose from, I now look forward to buying bathers! I highly recommend seajewels for women of all shapes and sizes.

I visited their factory for another reason and was persuaded to buy half a two piece chlorine resistant swimsuit that I had not seen online. It was not until they made a number of alterations committing me to buy that they said they didn’t have the other half and I found out the price —$55.00. After purchase and supplying me a defective other half I found the style in the clearance section of their website for $15.00. They have declined to refund the difference between the price they were offering online and the price they charged me or to explain the price discrepancy.

No your response is false. I bought and paid you for 3 items. I have the receipt for the top which you supplied without a label. You charged me $54.95 for it. I also have a screenshot of the same item on your website as a clearance item at the same time. Your pricing/advertising has been misleading and deceptive.

All 3 items were unsatisfactory. I refused to accept the swim pants which you supplied too small without a label, or receipt/docket. Oddly you immediately stated on Facebook that you destroyed the item but you haven’t responded to my attempts to discuss and I am not aware that you have refunded my money.

The business preys on women insecure about their weight.

As always I've just had the very best experience with Sea Jewels. The staff are amazing, very helpful. LOVE LOVE LOVE my new bathers. So flattering and made to order so quickly. Very impressed. My last bathers were very long lasting, but can't wait for the new patterns to come out so I can add to my collection. Thanks all you lovely ladies at Sea Jewels.

I had a custom made swimwear set consisting of a long and short sleeve rashie and a pair of trunks made up for me and I want to say that the whole process from start to finish has been an absolute pleasure!
Julie is a delightful person who is only too happy to listen to my personal circumstance and accommodate my needs as an obese person with mobility issues wanting to get back into the pool again.
Please check these guys out if you want swimwear that will last and is of a high standard. They are a really good company that puts the customer first!

Fantastic - Purchased both a short sleeve and long sleeve rash shirt 3 years ago and they are still going strong. Our kids swimwear from the sunskins range was able to be passed onto some friends after several years as well. Amazed at the quality of the material and how it lasts. Just bought a different colour for a change.

Customer service was polite, but the plus size swimsuit I paid $100 for has frayed strings and the cups falling out after a single use. Poor quality, especially for the price. Seems to be another company that price gouges plus size just because they can. The product itself is shoddy and cheap.

I have recently purchased resort dresses, kaftans and a pair new bathers. All the items are made from quality fabrics, feel and fit beautifully. I highly recommend Sea Jewels for excellent service and beautiful items.

Just received my second pair of swimwear, love the 3 piece - it holds everything up and in! My first pair lasted 5 years, great quality. Worth ordering from New Zealand, we don't have anything like this here
