3 Posting this for a second time because it’s been removed. Beautiful and extensive range of mirrors but I wouldn’t recommend Scurrs solely based on their delivery and customer service. They use a third party delivery guy and he really lets the company down. He’s very blaise and does not have any sense of urgency. I purchased a mirror on 28/5 and opted for the delivery and hang service which sounded really convenient. I received a call from the delivery guy the next day and he told me he wasn’t going anywhere near me the next week. Um.not really my problem. He should be making deliveries as the orders come in. He offered me the 8/6 or 9/6 with very limited delivery windows. I opted for 9/6; however on the day he was inflexible and did not stick to the previously agreed delivery time. The mirror was not delivered. I contacted the business owner and asked for him to intervene. He didn’t seem overly concerned and claimed he could not tell the delivery guy when to deliver the mirrors. He then gave me the number of another delivery guy and told me to arrange the delivery myself. Are you f*cking kidding me? Never ever have I paid for delivery and had to arrange it myself! Fortunately that service (The Hangmaster Roger) was brilliant. A friend of mine also bought a mirror from Scurrs and he did not receive it for 3 weeks.
If I were a business owner and my customers had paid for their mirror, I would want them to have it within 3 days. But this guy doesn’t really seem to care. The store is located in Perth so there is no excuse for making people wait extended periods for local deliveries. The fact that the delivery guy made me wait almost 2 weeks because he wasn’t going my way is not acceptable. Further, he then refuses to deliver my paid for mirror on the day. That means that other customers who purchased their mirror after me may have received theirs first. Definitely wouldn’t recommend Scurrs which is a real shame because they have the best range out of any other stores I looked at.
Great selection of mirrors at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful service too.
