Not going to give you a 1 star but your driving is absolutely dangerous. Tailgating people, beeping at them, and cutting people off on the road in a company branded car is not cool.

How staff behave and act on the road is just as important as the service you provide.

Engaged to resolve issues associated with residential intercom and network. Thomas arrived on time, was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Impressive service. We will definitely be using Scott Comms in the future and are happy to recommend.

The telephone connections inside my house were revamped by two Scott Comms employees. The work was done to a high standard.
However, the labour cost for two hours of work was $540.00. I think this was excessive, considering that only one of the employees was a fully qualified electrician.

A broken consumer pole meant power out for four villas on a Saturday afternoon. Scott Comms arrived promptly, provided an action plan and a quote within the hour, delivered generators so that everyone had power until the repair could be done most efficiently and economically, and then undertook the huge repair job with integrity, skill and diligence with excellent communication throughout the process. Without a doubt the best experience I've ever had with a tradesman. Moved into a property with no phone jack for internet, Scott comms came out (on a Saturday) to have a look over the job, came back later in the week and did the installation, kept me up to date the entire time as to what was going on with great pricing. Scott Comms helped us out on a Saturday when one of our RCDs decided to fail. Nick was prompt and polite - ended up replacing both of our RCDs for a reasonable price. I'll be using them again when we need work done.
