Was so disappointed to see that the once packed store is now more representative of a show room for electric scooters.
Once packed with pro scooters and gear is now white washed and a display floor.
We ended up ordering online for our visit as there wasn't lay-by options.
We did have a chippy young lad to greet us and were able to see some up to date options for pro scooters.
Parking was reasonable but some theft issues had us needing to keep an eye on our car.

Went looking for my first electric scooter at Scooter Hut Cannington. Bree was super helpful, answered all my questions and made me aware of available services and accessories without being pushy. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the market for a scooter.

Bree went above and being for me today at SH in Cannington. Other than all her safety advice for my little one she also made sure I got the online discounts in store, and things are tight atm so it meant a lot. Absolutely the best service I’ve received ever, and I’m 46 so I’ve been shopping for a while. God bless her

I am very happy with service and purchase from Scooter Hut Cannington. Georgina was very helpful, listened to what sort of scooter I required and went through options. Georgina even spent 20 minutes outside the store coaching me on how to ride the scooter - so patient and encouraging. I am now confidently scooting around!

Big thankyou to Ben at Cannington store and Maddy at Balcatta store for being the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone is completely untrained and no one at either the Cannington or Balcatta store even know what they can and can’t do in store. Pull your finger out scooter hut and actually train your employees to know what they can and can’t do because I’ve just wasted an hour of my time with these foolish employees. I’ll never be returning to any of your stores or ever buying online again. Thanks for the absolute garbage service scooter hut Australia and especially Perth stores.

Came back for the superb qualities and good friendly services. My son just got a scooter custom-made by the owner and lots kids from skateboard park already want to try it!

Absolutely awesome service by both of the people there. Explained to me how the warranty works and told me things about the scooter. If you’re looking to get any type of scooter, I recommend going there

Very helpful staff, good range, and they offer servicing for scooters and electric scooters (servicing is done at other stores, I believe, this store is small). This is where you want to go for higher end e-scooters especially, but they also sell well regarded entry level scooters and great kickscooters for adults and kids.

DON'T buy an escooter from JB Hi-Fi without checking here first.

They sell protective gear including equipment suitable for off road riding of very fast escooters, and parts. But this is one of their smaller stores

This is the store for Electric Unicycle, and they have more available at the other stores than what the website suggests, but they may be wanting to get out of the EUC market.

Went to Cannington store with the intent of spending around 4-6k on a scooter. After standing around for half an hour waiting for someone to help me a child female salesperson knew nothing about the product, was mixing up models, quoting wrong prices. Still trying to be patient I speak to the next child salesperson no better utter incompetence. The store is run like a kids bedroom, I asked what can you do for me if I buy two of these scooters err umm we had a 20% discount two weeks ago but nothing now so I cannot do anything for you so I am saying are you sure I am offering to buy 5k's worth of toys and you cannot sweeten the deal. Thankfully I walked and by looking at these reviews I am glad I did. They need to employ some competent sales staff we are not all 10yr olds buying a $10 wheel for a skateboard. You want to sell expensive gear then I expect a little service.dodged a bullet.

Another shop that will find times very hard, they only price match in a 50km radius, really what a joke nevermind! I just order on line and save dollars in my case $80 bucks. SCOOTER HUT FLOW WITH THE TIMES GUYS.

Very small range in store, the customer service was quite.poor, felt judged when questioning different products = for example " why would you want one of those", the lady didn't really have any knowledge on their products at all. Left and went to the balcatta store whom were able to provide everything we needed.
