Schlam would have to be the worst company I have ever worked for. The 2 supervisors (Dave Browning and Dan Tamm) at West Angelas are the most inexperienced leaders I have encountered. According to RTIO the only reason there is Schlam supervisors is because in the contract RTIO get them for free. All of the RTIO supervisors and co-ordinator think that the Schlam supervisors are completely useless and wouldn't know what they are doing there.

Great experience dealing with Russell and the team at Schlam. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get into a good fifo role.
