Had a great experience today with the sales assistant Katy (hopefully spelt that right!). She was lovely and helpful, and ended up helping me find a beautiful perfume that was exactly what I was looking for. She had a great knowledge of the wide variety of the shops stock. And I really appreciate the time she took to run me through everything and give me the info. Thanks so much, will definitely be coming back to this store.

Very bad customer service by the young lady who served us at The Scent Carousel. The young sales lady was pushing us to quickly choose the perfume. She was being arrogant. When I would test the perfumes one by one, she was giving her own opinion on the perfumes which I didn’t like and she was rolling her eyes when we didn’t want to buy that perfume. When I was trying the other perfumes, she kept sighing. Didn’t want to serve me properly and she doesn’t have patience. Very bad customer service from the young lady.

Fantastic shopping experience with Tollana and Lorraine today - they welcomed me with excellent customer service, as usual, and pointed me towards an excellent Xerjoff fragrance!

I walked in today to absolutely no customer greeting or service whatsoever. After 5 minutes of looking over the counter I walked away.

Very disappointed!
My partner bought me a perfume for my birthday and was told she could return it. She didn't know I can't use perfumes anymore due to a skin condition. As I went back to the store I was not treated friendly and was told I can't return the item. And the price was 60 aid more then in other shops. What a rip off definitely not recommending this store wast of time and money! It was Armani code 200 ml Frome the store at Carousel and I can't do anything with a voucher as I can't use perfumes.

Very expensive compared to elsewhere. Found the same perfume with same ml's elsewhere for $60 cheaper. Great service & friendly staff but I won't bother going there again.

I just want to say that Lisa is one of the best customer service people that I have come across in recent memory. Her knowledge base and taste are second to none. Her store has a superior range of scents at very competitive prices. Thanks Lisa and keep up the great work!
