My hair looks a good colour while I'm in the salon but always looks different when I get home. Must be their lights. Also quite expensive

Love the personalised service of Scarlett Hair. Logan takes time to go through what I need from my hair for the next few months and changes it up just enough to be different each time. Love that there is no pressure to colour my greys out! Logan just works with my hair as it is.

This is my go to place to be pampered and I always feel relaxed when I walk out. Staff are always friendly, helpful, very professional and well trained. The staff at Scarlett Hair is the A-Team. Always leave the salon absolutely loving my fresh red hair! The stylists are so friendly and welcoming and are always able to give the best advice on what products to use without ever being pushy! 100% recommend!

When I got my hair done with my daughter, my hair was really long I asked for a trim and they had cut all my hair off to my shoulders also got foils. I was charged $321.00 I could have done a better job myself. Also my daughter wanted a violet put through her hair they did it but her hair turned out grey. Never will I go back to get my hair done again. All the girls that work there have got the same hair style it makes me think is that the only way they know how to cut hair. Over all the service was terrible i dont recommend going to this place if I could rate 0 stars I would. Because my autistic grandchildren were treated like a disease.

My young 11 year old daughter was treated like a princess here, they made her feel comfortable, they made her feel special by checking with her regarding her haircut style and she got the best treatment. Thank you Bree

Simply amazing, I actually love my new cut so much that I'm leaving a review, something I don't usually do.
As for the salon, super clean, friendly and appointment on time plus the cost was far cheaper than I have paid at other salons for the same service.
Happy to announce that I have found my permanent salon and styliest.

The positives: Polite and friendly staff.

I want to add that I really dislike leaving bad reviews, and I’m not saying that my experience will be like any others.
I came in to this hairdresser with a good idea of what I wanted, and showed them a picture which they agreed they could achieve. I had half a head of foils and all over colour- which did not blend well. I now have stripy, uneven colour that is patchy. I also asked for a specific cut (that I ask for every time I go to a salon) that I did not get. I asked for layers, a trim and shaping around the front- and left with hair that was all one length and no dimension or shape.

The person who did my hair seemed very nervous, and made me think perhaps she was a trainee. If that was the case, then please inform your clients beforehand so they can tell you if they’re comfortable having an inexperienced stylist.

I’ve now been to another hairdresser in Perth, and asked their opinion to which they replied “it’s horrible”. So not only have I paid $300 for this cut and colour from Scarlet hair, but also have to pay someone else to fix it. I seriously regret coming to this salon, as I walked out with hair worse than I came in with.

Best hair dresser in Mandurah. Colour and cuts actually look like the picture on your wish list and not horrible old lady cuts.

Bree is so wonderful! So easy to talk to and she's amazing at what she does. First time changing my hair in many years and she listened to everything I said and over delivered with her service and for such an amazing price point! I highly recommend bree and I will be using her from this point forward as my hair stylist. Also beautiful salon is a bonus!

The service and staff were super friendly and amazing, however my hair looks horrible. I was so happy in the beginning and then I noticed that my hair would not stop bleeding at the tips of my hair, now the bottom half of my hair is now mostly brown whereas the top of my scalp is still vivid and bright and does not bleed. I'm really unhappy with the outcome of my hair and when I called up and asked for advice they told me that because it is a high fashion colour it will bleed and that i need to get darker towels and sheets.
Overall customer service is great they know how to treat the customer, but the services is lacking and I'm really disappointed
