Scarborough Osteopathy

Scarborough Osteo is the best combination between physio and chiro. The practitioners are all divine and are really good at what they do. I have been treated for multiple injuries and I don’t feel like a number, and they dont request repeat visits if you are feeling good! We are so lucky to have this practice locally. Although, I would travel to see them! Highly recommend over and over again! I will never go anywhere else for an injury or soreness again! You guys are truly amazing! Thank you!

After a series of injuries this year, our family have all seen Alex.
All of us presenting with different ailments brought on through sport, aging and old injuries, Alex has successfully treated us and had us back doing all the things we love.
There was never pressure to make recurring appointments. Alex’s main priority was to get us back to full mobility as quickly as possible.
I’m grateful that this practice is on my doorstep and they have always been flexible enough that I can make or change an appointment with ease. I highly recommend a visit if you are looking for an Osteopath in the area.

I have been seeing Nikela for several months now for a frozen shoulder. She has been fantastic in diagnosis and also in treating my condition. When I first started seeing her, my movement was very restricted and now after seeing her for a few months, my movement and range has increased and looking to get better. Upwards and onwards. Thank you so much for getting my body moving more freely and starting to feel like myself again after my 3rd bub. I originally searched for a local Osteopath because I was experiencing tingling down my right arm. After initial treatments with Liz I started to notice the pins and needles in my arm were much less and after a few more treatments with Nikela they were completely gone.

I was recommended to start seeing Elizabeth at Scarborough Osteopathy after experiencing ongoing, debilitating migraines that I was struggling to manage. I had tried a number of therapies including acupuncture, physio, and use of occlusal splints without any long term results and I was still having migraines on nearly a fortnightly. Since starting to see Elizabeth 4 months ago, the migraines have completely subsided and I couldn't be happier! I am currently seeing Elizabeth on a 6 weekly basis and don't have any migraines between our sessions. Very happy with this outcome and highly recommend Elizabeth for Osteopathy services - especially management of migraines and tension headaches:)

Suffering from long term back, neck and hip issues I have seen my fair share of therapists, some good, some not so good. So I was very impressed with Liz at Scarborough Osteopathy, I had a few sessions with her last year and had great relief, now I just see her from time to time to keep a balance. I have been seeing Liz for almost 18 months. When I first started seeing her, I had really bad back problems and constant pain with my legs. After a few months of care, I felt a lot better. The recovery journey continued since then. The overall condition is very well managed and I can actually enjoy pain free days while others days r very much tolerable. I have all good things to say about Osteopathy and the best one in Perth by far is Scarborough Osteopathy. I have tried many remedies and treatments in past to cure my ongoing back issues, since being introduced to osteopathy I don’t think I can recommend anything else. Dr Elizabeth Jury is one of the best practitioner I have come across (after have tried few Osteopath’s) who genuinely cares about your health and well beings. She is knowledgeable and passionate about her work as nothing gives her more joy than seeing you fit and healthy.

I've been a patient of Liz for about 12 months now, she is the real deal and I highly recommend her. I am a chiropractic baby of the 80's and have seen many excellent Chiropractors and Osteopaths in Australia, New Zealand and the USA for my entire life. I have experienced a great breadth of styles and techniques in the process. Liz is empathetic, intuitive and impressively skilled at getting me all straightened out again when I am bent out of shape (which as a working father of two boys happens a lot). She takes great care to ensure the treatment is within my comfort levels but also has remarkable strength and precision to really work out the kinks when I need it. Liz has helped me fix the root cause of pain in my back, neck, arms and headaches. In some cases when I've been really knotted up she has used dry needling on me which was very effective. Liz maintains a calming, good humoured environment in her practice which makes it a pleasure to visit. She's always got some good tips and techniques for me to help avoid further injury and lets me set my own pace with the regularity of treatments.

I used to be a chiro guy, but now that I've had treatment with Liz I will never go back! She's a great osteopath and she really works on the whole body to thoroughly solve a problem. And you always come out feeling two inches taller!
