Constantly lost or misplaced my prescriptions, didn't order requested medication. The old lady who works there is rude and blames everyone for her incompetence. Both chemists give poor advice. Avoid this place

BE AWARE OF NO REFUND given even though the product that I wanted to return was purchased less than 24h before. Very poor customer service! Will definitely never go back there!

I have been going to this pharmacy since 2008 and I have never had a problem because customer service is great, friendly and welcoming! If there is an issue they will sort it and will work with you till it’s sorted. I can always rely on the staff.thanks.

Song has gone out of his way to help me chase prescriptions and vaccinations records for me on a number of occasions. It’s so appreciated and will always be happy to support SBP as our preferred local pharmacy as a result.

Purchased a t shirt for a birthday present, another friend bought the same one. Took it back within 24hours with the receipt, to get a refund! The manager said store credit only, no refund, I explained no sign saying no refunds.he pointed to a small sign above the shelves up high behind the counter, it said refund policy. You could not read the sign and small print where the customers stand. I took the store credit and bought a beach towel I didnt reallly want.so I never have to shop there again. This is a business that has not suffered during COVID as its an essential service, yet the Manager said the owner does not allow refunds due to upsetting the days takings. Absolute rubish, a refund on a card is a simple transaction, be warned do not buy merchandise from this store. The lady who served me initially had great customer service and was great to deal with, she was the only positive I took from this experience.

The Pharmacist has always taken the time to explain to me and answer all my questions. He also offered me better deals and keeps my script so I don’t have to bring it with me every time.

Poor service & unfair costs.charged me two times for same but only a hint lighter printed out passport pics for my newborn. And told me the same time that they're not sure if these would be accepted anyway.

Great opening hours and knowledgeable staff
Besides that, they helped me when I had a deep cut in my knee. They patched me up, stopped the bleeding which was good enough. I went to the doctors anyway but at least they could clean it and stop the bleeding. Very handy in case you have an accident at the beach.

Convenient location near the Scarborough medical centre. Friendly helpful informative staff offer information on a good range of prescription and non-prescription medicine.

What a joke this chemist, avoid at all cost, I just paid $24 for some antibiotics and paid $17 for the very same antibiotics 5 days ago at Innaloo discount chemist, rip off!
