Great location, the bed is very hard and uncomfortable and set up is very basic but good rate which was affordable

As expected, very comfortable, close to beach, night life and very affordable.
Suited 3 adults and all our needs for our stay.
Definitely recommend to anyone it is worth the stay.

We were welcomed by cockroach and a lot of dust at the first day. Struf for food are old and durty. The smell in the bath room is really bad. No one to complain or who can help! Well it is close to the beach but no effort are made to make the place livable even though it would be easy.

And the check out is at 10am.

However the price is low for the location.

For italian foods lover. La capannina restaurant just accross the street. Don't forget try Bufalina!

The apartments are clean and have all the necessities of home, if not, just ask.
They have 2x element cookers except for apt 8, which has a free standing stove.

No wifi, old tv couldn't watch movie from usb, parking is really bad needs improvement as for rest got everything you need the morning views and sunsets are the gem and affordable. The management onsite is doing the best what they can do with the old buildings.
Plus they young party people ruined it for the next people.
I enjoyed my stay close to Beach and nice food around.
One star off for no wifi and Tv and one for parking otherwise I would of given 5.

Staff very rude they lied and said I broke the door handle after I had left the hotel which I never did then they charged my credit card $200 without explanation ghad to call them then they said it was for the door handle I was ion shock I still havent got a refund>>>AVOID STAYING HERE AT ALL COSTS

The smell is just horrendous, it’s a mix of cigarettes, alcohol and the 100 year old carpet with a plus that the window is locked, so you can’t even have some fresh air (even asking for a non smoking room). The bin in my room was not empty and has rubbish from previous tenants.the shower and toilet are disgusting, smells pee all over the place! I would rather paying to have a shower at the Scarborough pool.better don’t talk about the kitchen!
As soon as I got there, I looked for another place to stay, no luck as it was late night!
Really, I can’t understand why the owners don’t take care of the place as it is located in a good spot!

Couldn’t wait to be out of here.

For the price this place was am amazing. Location good. Beds comfie. Maybe bedside lamp and lock on bathroom.

The place was comfortable the staff were extremely accommodating we got upgraded to an ensuite at no extra charge

Really nice villa! Much nicer and more affordable than a 5 star hotel! And friendly helpful staff

Good for budget accommodation though a jug or microwave for tea and coffee would make the experience more enjoyable

Would not stay here again. 1st night here my booking was in the backpacks section, no thank u. Got moved was a little bit better.

This place is terrible first we where direct to our acommtion which turn to be a hostel like building.which was not satisfactory at all.when arivred at said we to blokes where out front smoke and made a filthy joke.then we heading in.when enter the hall the bin haven't bin at all.then we walk use a pass key.when the was quiet small with the was damage. The smoke alarm wasn't working. Then remote for the TV wasn't working. The found the toilet which where up some stairs.they been haven't been clean for day.the disabled toilets where not very accessible for people wheel chair bond.down to the showers we went to there where clean there was hair all over the floor.you see out the window meaning see in.as we went to check we told our disport that pay on the would in been in our bank account for 5 to 7 days.which wasn't not the website or when you went check in.so were not told about it. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.if could give a zero I would

Make sure you get the right more expensive rooms. They have really cheap room that feels like prison.

This place is absolutely horrible. It's a bare bones "apartment", as soon as you enter the room you are welcomed by an under furnished hell hole. The floor is filthy, the walls and trim look like they haven't been painted since it was built. The tables are of cheap prison quality.

The Queen bed is made up of two single beds and are extremely uncomfortable. When we arrived (family of 4) there were only 3 blankets available which we then had to ask administration for another which took them a good hour because the couldn't find the key to their storage shed.

Was hoping to at least have a nice hot a shower - nope not a single drop of hot water in the system. The little hot water system is tiny and needs to be manually refilled, even after doing this water is cold. 4 days no shower. Not happy.

The place reverberates like a train tunnel due to lack of anything in the rooms to absorb the sound.

Privacy in the bedrooms is from a blind that doesn't quite reach past the window so people could still watch youi sleep from the outside. The lounge room blinds don't cover the entire window either so people can see in through the 150mm gap and watch you.

First night was interrupted sleep due to other residents coming back from a night out or whatever, fighting, screaming and banging on doors around the building. Following morning had more abusive language flying around outside.

All in all I wouldn't recommend this to anyone especially families. Nothing good to say
