7 They put money first and the environment, wildlife and communities last. SP34 is destructive and dangerous. We will never stop fighting this dangerous firetrap of a development. The fact that you are now attempting again for the 9th time shows how little you care about anything other than money.

Do not be sucked in by the "extras" that your block comes with, especially if you buy off the plan. The landscaping isn't worth anything. They will only provide what they feel like providing, poor plants and terrible service, don't think you can design your own garden! They make you level your garden just to have the retic installed and then just lay lawn over the top with no re-leveling, so you get a lumpy lawn. The internet provided is by one supplier only and they usually charge extortionate amounts for a very limited service. The fencing is cheap and cheerful. After waiting months and months for a title there magically appeared a retaining wall on my property meaning changes to the house plan as that was where the parapet wall was supposed to be and now my front garden requires a retaining wall as well that their landscaper won't include in the "landscaping package" Unfortunately for me there is a limited supply of blocks in my area so I had no choice but to buy off them again. Nothing has changed in the 5 years between the purchase of the two blocks.
