Total power failure on a Sunday night to entire triplex complex.eeek. Sarros took my calls on Sunday night and were calm, kind and helpful. Tech on-site before 9am Monday and power restored within 3 hours. They kept me in touch every step of the way. Awesome service.

Called a 9pm talked to Mel who was just a nice person which was the first great experience. Following day Ben showed up priced my job and then started for me as it was fairly urgent.
The price was very very reasonable. Personally I was ready to be overpriced as the nature of the job left me exposed however that didn’t occur or even remotely come onto the radar.

From my first enquiry with Reception to the completion of the works, I was super impressed. Very polite, prompt service. Matt did the electrical work and it was difficult as my unit was built in the 70's. Matt took pictures of the cabling and gave me very valuable feedback about work that will be required in the future.

Tripped RCD after working hours and they sent someone over immediately to take a look. The issue was temporarily fixed and I was told they would be out next day to fault find. Sparkies were here first thing in the morning, prompt and friendly and honest about the work needing done. Work took a long time given an old house and the sparky did not leave until the job was done. 100% will be using them again for anything electrical related.

Had Sarros Electrical come out to install new fans in my bedrooms and update some power points to the more modern ones with the usb points in. Couldn't be happier with the customer service I received, from my very first phone call right through to completion of my required works. I had tried many other electricians but no one had time to even consider my job, many didn't even answer the phone. Sarros answered my call immediately and had a lovely young man out to provide me with a quote the very next day. I am so pleased with the level of workmanship and turn around time. I will most certainly be calling Sarros Electrical for any of my future electrical requirements.
