Saroor Bar and restaurant reviews
77 I have been to this place two years back with my friends and had a terrible experience with their food and service.
Today, my friend insisted me lets go to Saroor and dine in, I refused but he insisted me it is not that bad, but AGAIN I HAD WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE DINING HERE
Dine in with my friend, we ordered one starter and two main dishes with a side of naan breads and it took them around 40 mins to bring food on busiest weekday “MONDAY”. Funny thing is that they gave mains first then we asked for our starter, after 5 mins they got it.
In mains we ordered Tadka Daal but we got curry of Garlic, that was too awesome.
At last, there service is record breaking as i dine here with my friends earlier also but they will always try to beat there delay record by delaying for another 10 mins than previous time.
While giving bill the lady Manager ignored us like nothing happened.
Good quality food but service is too slow have to wait for starters for 45min, other than that good experience
Excellent food. Great place with good vibes. Service was excellent and very attentive staff
Food is really favourable and thats what it all matter.
Service is excellent.
Highly recommended.
Thanks for a good night to Saroor management and staff!
Went for Dine in with family. Nice atmosphere and clean place. Welcomed with free snacks by friendly staff. We ordered honey chilli cauliflower (Must Try), Manchurian cheese chilli milli and Bombay vadda. Service was fast, food was delicious. Reasonable price.
Just finished swallowing my first bite of the truffle pizza and want to let the staff know that if you ever close down i will track down and kidnap the chefs to work in my basement dungeon kitchen.
Thanks!
Tried both Indian and pizza and both were good, especially the truffle pizza!
But when I went to get a couple of take away pizzas a few days later it took forever to get them.would have gotten take away somewhere else if I would have known.
Good location and good vibes!
Prompt, attentive and friendly service.
Presentation of the dishes was nice.
We ordered Chawk ki Tikki as entree which looked really nice but didn’t live up to the expectations when we tasted it.
For the mains we ordered Lamb Rogan Josh, Kofta and Mughlai Paneer. They were quite nice. Kofta was definitely a hit.
In my opinion it’s a bit pricey but comes with a good service.
If you’re looking for spicy Indian food though this is not the place. The menu is designed to suit not so Indian clientele (IYKWIM)
A nice place to go for a date too!
Had a wonderful experience eating at Saroor! Two families with young kids- adults enjoyed some wonderful curries and the kids tucked into some pizzas from Pizza Square.
Great experience, very attentive staff, food was nice and quick to arrive and so tasty. Had the samosa chaat, dahl makhani and goan curry which were all so delicious. Good portions so we took some home for lunch too. Really impressed with all the veggie options which were not just the standard Indian fare. Definitely would return.
Went for dinner and waited over an hour for food. Goat curry was $30 for a small bowl of bones. Noise in the restaurant was so loud that we gave up trying to talk. Male toilet has a black swamp under urinal. When asked at bill payment how everything was, I calmly replied that we waited over an hour for food and I wouldn’t be back. I was laughed at. Not even a sorry for the wait.
Really really good Indian food, highly recommend, lunch specials were affordable and tasty.lots of vege choices.
Food was really nice.
It just seems a bit understaffed, so be prepared to wait a bit extra for food/drinks to be delivered.
Our beers after the food was served
Really authentic Indian food, tad expensive but each dish has its own sauce as opposed to most 'Indian' restaurants that use a generic sauce.
We had to wait more than 1 hour for our food. It still didn’t come after that. Had to come out without food. The service is very poor also. The owner was pretty rude when we asked for our food order.
Fun mix of pizza and Indian street food. Everything was delicious! Dahl and rice was excellent and so was the pizza! I loved how much pepperoni they added and the crust was fantastic (As good as any Italian restaurant for sure). Veg Manchurian was something I hadn't seen before and it was quite good!
Nice food, excellent customer service. My friends took us there. With short notice they have still fulfil our special dietary requirements - Jain (no onion, no garlic). Will sure visit again. Well Done team
Pathetic service
No value for people time. Made us wait 1 hour 15 min and still no food.
At the end we have to walk out without having our food. Highly needs to focus on management
Some of the most flavorsome food I've had in a long time. Service impeccable, portion sizes perfect for sharing
