Sarah knows her stuff! With her physio background, and passion for pilates and barre attack, she will have you up and and moving in no time! I had a niggling lower back and glutes issue for years, which she identified and started managing straight away.

As Sarah is a fellow cyclist I went especially to her as I knew she’d know exactly how to treat my issues. With a brief description she knew exactly what was causing my pain and how to treat it, even gave me a raft of take home exercises and stretch’s to keep me on the bike for longer and stronger. I highly recommended her services and I’ll definitely go back there again.
