Santis is a great place for lunch. Always hustling and bustling. I particularly love the seafood pasta. And the smiles on the staffs faces is so welcoming. Highly recommended!

I really loved this place. Being new and having a little knowledge on the food, this place offers u plenty of choices to eat. Also I must tell you about the staff, they're the best at their job. They maintain the place clean and make sure to provide you a friendly environment.

Brilliant Cafe! Would totally come again! Staff were so friendly and really accommodating Loved the food, serves were massive! I have a yolk allergy so they did an egg white with no complaints! Which we struggle with finding a good cafe that are okay making eggs whites so this cafe was amazing! Five Stars

Regular hangout place with friends on uni days. They have special student discount and there coffee is amazing.

Really nice place. Unfortunately, some of the seats aren't the best for support or long sittings.

Yum thank you. A delightful cafe. Inside and outside dining with a rustic look. Friendly staff. Food tasty and hot. Clean and tidy. Big booking should be in advance. 5 stars from me definitely recommend.

The girl serving me today was so rude. Didn’t even give me a minute to pick what I wanted. And then when I asked if I can have something she was slamming the utensils and was so aggressive. I will never come back. Disgusting service. What a shame.

Love getting my coffee from here and worth the extra walk for myself. The staff are genuinely friendly and always have a smile. Coffee is great and hot and good prices. The lunch food and treats are delicious.

Wow, I had the most amazing breakfast here last week. It was the haloumi with avocado and eggs, I added bacon. The serving sizes were huge and beautifully cooked. I actually couldn't finish it all, which is unlike me. The coffee was also amazing, although I did need an extra shot (I like it fairly strong) highly recommended

Dropped in for a cuppa while waiting for an appointment. The tea was freshly brewed, and there were plenty of cakes and slices to choose from. It's so delicious!

I ordered the almond hot chocolate. Pretty rich chocolate taste and definitely not watered down. Great vibes and pleasant staff! Not too far away from the hospitals too.

What a perfect way to start the day.
My cappuccino absolutely tantalised my taste buds and my breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon and beans on shortbread was not only filling, but was very pleasurable to eat.

An absolutely wonderful cafe run by absolutely wonderful people. The hot chocolate and berry pancakes are fantastic and the atmosphere warm and inviting. Well worth stopping by if you ever find yourself hungry in Nedlands.

The idea of Santi’s sounded enticing until I asked to purchase a pre made, vegan roll. Before me, a lady had purchased a ham and egg breakfast roll and without even stopping to think, the front of house staff used the same tongs to handle my roll. I told her this would not be okay for me to consume now as I’m vegan and this is contamination. She looked me up and down and said “then what do you want me to do? ! It’s just the outside that the tongs touched? ” I offered her a solution and said perhaps she could get me another roll and use different tongs which she angrily did. After this she attempted to toast my roll on a sandwich press that was DRIPPING with oil and fat from the non vegan rolls she’d just toasted on it when I promptly told her I would just buy it un-toasted. She rolled her eyes at me and told me I could have it untoasted and what kind of service did I expect if I was so different? I took my ice-cold roll and felt sick to my stomach whilst eating it and now have a persistent stomach-ache. If you’re offering vegan options, prepare to do the right thing and use clean, vegan-friendly facilities. There’s really no point having or offering a vegan roll to customers if it’s glazed with pork fat. Furthermore, my request was not unreasonable so it was unfair for the front of house staff to shame me and make me feel like an alien! I do not recommend this cafe at all. I felt queasy, uncomfortable and disgusted at the level of service I was offered. So much for the cafe Facebook page claiming that their front of house are accommodating. They couldn’t even deliver the bare minimum.
