The classes are interactive and informative. Narendra takes the time to explain the benefits and various aspects of yoga. I look forward to the weekend sessions as I learn a lot and since his classes I have seen improvements in myself.

Santana Yoga Academy offers an authentic and transformative yoga practice. The dedicated instructor Narendra is very knowledgeable and experienced with personal, spiritual growth and wellbeing, freely sharing his wisdom of the ancient discipline. The yoga has helped me stay fit, pain free and healthy both physically and emotionally.
Highly recommend to beginners and yoga enthusiasts of all levels.

My wife and I really enjoy coming to Sanatana yoga, the involvement is very personalised and is tailored to our needs. My overall flexibility has improved and that has been evident in other sports I participate in. A great feeling of calmness at the end of each session.

I absolutely love doing yoga with Narendra. He has a very calming way and endless knowledge of yoga and how the human body works. I have learnt so much by attending his yoga sessions and my body and core strength are continually improving. Both he and his wife are super friendly, welcoming and caring people? ‍️? ‍️

I have been attending Sanatana Yoga for many months now. Classes fit in with my busy schedule and are affordable. The classes are perfect for beginners like me and individual attention is given to attendees with an injury or illness as the classes are small groups. Narendras knowledge is outstanding and informative. I understand more about the philosophy behind yoga as explained by Nerandra. It is something more meaningful to my heart and wellbeing. Keep doing what you are doing Nerandra. Thank you very much

I am benefiting from this yoga sessions and motivates me to continue doing it. Work outs each and every muscle without stress. Teacher always helps improving the posture and available for any doubts to solve, as the class is of small group.

Narendra's introduction into Mindfulness of Yoga was an invaluable moment of lifestyle change for me.

Two years ago I underwent a heart stent procedure & from that moment I was obsessing about my well being to a point where it thrust me into an awfully dark place. I felt lethargic when I got up in the morning, felt I didn't have the stamina to perform anything, my sleep pattern was terrible and I was a frequent visitor to my family GP's clinic. Trust me it is not a healthy experience.

Out of sheer desperation I turned to Nathan and that changed my life forever. I am not saying a miracle happened overnight, far from that. Miracle did happen but over a period.

Naren is the one who gently introduced me to the mindfulness of living via yoga practice. Commenced initially with mindfulness of meditation then to body scanning extended that to pranayama and then to asanas.

This is the best ever investment that I made on my health & well-being under Naren's guidance. I now practice this discipline daily without exception in a mindfulness way.
Touch wood, I honestly feel that I have been given a new lease of life.

Amazing knowledgeable down to earth teacher for an authentic yoga experience. No pretence No Lycra - but incredible big emphasis on breathing techniques while doing yoga asanas and most importantly you start with a warm up of every joints to prevent injuries. The only yoga place I can keep going few times a week because it’s high quality teaching at more than reasonable costs. Worth a try!
