I walked my dog their saturday 25th sept at 10pm because the hours listed here say its open till 11pm, It Was Closed!

A real let down here. Shows you a good website does not equal good pizza. I mean imagine a simple pepperoni pizza without pepperoni instead some god awful spam looking meat.

Ordered thin and crispy, very disappointed soggy, almost raw base and quite greasy, will not try again

Was delightful and enjoyed this food very much. The small bloke in the oven called lance aced my pizza and was very tasty. Perfect amount of sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Will definitely be coming back here in no time

Oh man! We came here after 5 years living in the city we moved back to the beach and thought where better to revisit than our favourite local pizza place! Come to found out the old man is retired and there are new owners. We were happy to try. The guys at the counter were very friendly and accommodating but the pizzas are not what they used to be. They used to be big and full. Now, they are much smaller, and worse than domino's to be honest. You are actually better off going to domino's, probably only pay $5 instead of $20 for the same pizza.
Sorry guys, wanted to love it. Hope you can improve, we will definitely revisit.

If I could have given San Remo a negative star rating I would have, the pizza was finally delivered, 40mins late, not to our address but to our next door neighbour, luckily we saw the driver deliver it, surprise the pizza was stone cold and not what we ordered, this place used to be the best pizza place north of the river, congratulations to the staff and management for now owning the title of the absolute worst pizza place north of the river, enjoy the $31.00 you took off me because it will be the last you ever get from me, sad as we have been buying pizzas from san remo since they first opened in Whitfords shopping centre.

Ordered through menulog, and was extremely disappointed with my $40 order of 2 large pizzas. Not one to complain but, I need to let you all know, a $20 pizza won't feed 2 people! I called the store to enquire about the sizes etc, but was confronted by an angry owner on the phone, telling me I should come to the store to see the pizza sizes. Well sorry but for $20 per pizza, it should feed at least 2 ppl. Not just poor, customer service but, appalling! Accusing me of wanting free things before I'd finished talking. Lesson learned here! Never ordering from here again and would definitely advise against it. Even dominoes is much better and that's saying something.

Today we went to order at the store, I think owner wasn’t there and we ordered vegetarian pizzas and got pepperoni and a lot of other mistakes, lots of sauce in the pizzas not even properly cooked, i complained and asked for remake, the pizza had everything as ordered this time but still pizza was not properly cooked and they were even rude telling us we can’t dine in anymore coz its 10 already but it was there mistake that we had to wait almost 45 minutes for our food and instead of being sorry they told us to leave, never coming back again

Pizza was delivered very soon after ordering.
Too early. Requested 7pm.arrived 1 hour early:/ “Family Size” also looks like “large”. Tasty though:)

Save yourself the money and calories. Gross pizza, it was bland and full of oil, really disappointing

San Remo, worst pizza ever. Literally had to cook it properly myself, and even then tasted bland (tomato paste is not a pizza sauce). Quality has really dropped below acceptable standards, and delivery was late. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. To the owner, don't bother responding to this review with an offer of free pizza.there's no way I would trust your staff/brand with my food.ever again.

Ordered a pick uop, told it woyld be 40mins. Waited an extra 20mins when i got to store cos the deliveries got priority over my online order.
This was the first time i tried san remo, w9nt be going back cos of this poor service, sorry

Awesome place and fantastic pizza, their website is fantastic, wait times can be bit long but thats to be expected when you make quality pizza, after all this isn't dominos, cheers

Used to be my favourite Pizza Place but wont get pizzas there any more. I regularly order "The Works, with heavy anchovies". 3 orders ago the pizza was late and cold and no anchovies (which I happily pay extra for) and I live literally 3 mins away. The next time round they did make an effort to make up for it and sent 2 pizzas which was nice but again no anchovies. So I tried again and ordered the pizza with double anchovies.again had to go forensic to find them! Its not like I am not paying for the extras or expect them for free but no matter what I ask for I cant get what I am ordering and paying for. Also I am a repeat customer for some time now and each time I have to ask them to please look me up on their system. It now all seems like hard work and after 3 attempts have given up.

This place used to be great. We ordered 3 large pizzas and a garlic bread. It was $72! And delivered 35min later than the 1 hour delivery time they said it would take. When it was 15min late I called and the guy said, "it's on its way. " No apologies. No excuses. It's a 9min drive from our house to San Remos. The pizzas arrived another 20min later. The driver just said. "We're really busy. " The pizzas arrived burnt on the top and raw on the bottom. The service and the quality of food is poor. Such a shame to see a good place go downhill resting on their laurels. Don't waste your money.

Waited over an hour for our Pizza's. I then called to check up on the progress and was told 'we are under staffed so will be another 10-15 minutes'. Waiting 1 hour an a half is was too long for a pizza is absolutely ridiculous. No excuse for it.

Always a delight to buy pizza's here. Happy, friendly staff & always damn good pizza. Good quality toppings. They get the order right every time, never have i got home to find the pizzas are wrong. Thanks guys, keep doing what you're doing!

Ordered a large Aussie $18 on Friday night. Said 20-25 minutes after being hung up on the fone, got there 30 minutes, still hadn’t made it, finally came, It was that that greasy and oily that when I picked up a soggy slice, it all slid off, the bacon felt like it was half raw Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Ate 3 slices, threw it in the bin. If I had lived closer would of taken it back. Haven’t used san remo since 1994 They were always tasty back in the old days with original owner. Won’t be back.
