This is so disappointing. Dishes are all over the place and the worker were just on their phones talking to each other, it wasn’t even busy.
Waffles and croffle were amazing as usual! Thanks caleb for your excellent service will be back next week!
Myself and some friends came to San Churros for dessert on Saturday night. EVERY table had left over plates and food. We had to clear a table ourselves to be able to sit down. The service was ridiculously slow. I don't know what the manager was up to that night but it wasn't managing the store that's for sure. We were all so disgusted that we will never go there again.
Visited San churros this morning and the service and food was so wonderful. All the staff are super friendly and accomodating.
I got a cappuccino and a strawberry and cream “croffle” which were both absolutely scrumptious! Will definitely be back soon
Have ordered original churros snack multiple times now within the last month and to say the least I’m disappointed. Perhaps shop has changed staff / management but the portion size drastically has lessened, and always over cooked and little chocolate topping over it, fruit is half rotten and I feel the professionalism preparation has dropped a lot.
Won’t order from Rockingham after this is the 3rd occurance.
I’m a dark chocolate lover and have to say this shop makes the best one. I tried many other shops but the dark chocolate at San churro Rockingham is definitely the best. Friendly staff also ️

Churros so blonde, doesn't taste cooked. Soft & horrid. 1st time trying these, don't think we'll be back. Dirty tables uncleared during the 20 minutes we we're here and it wasn't even busy.
Friendly staff! Churros are bussin. We ordered the cookie butter hot chocolate but they ran out of cookie butter, the girl was super apologetic and even gave us an upgrade on our drink free of charge. Love coming here best customer service!
The food and service was great! However, the manager, or what seemed to be the person in charge spoke rather aggressive and rude to the younger staff member. She continuously provoked the young girl questioning whether she actually did do her task, where the manager then went to physically check. From watching and observing this I felt rather uncomfortable for the young staff member and felt sorry for her as the manager then continued to ignore and respond in shrugs.
Oliver is a very hard working individual. He shines in this work environment, I’ve never seen someone work as hard as he does.
Went on Valentine’s Day and it was very quick and tasted good. The server salina was very sweet and they brought me a free churros for one!
Always 10/10 for tasty churros and wonderful customer service. I once bought my girlfriend some churros as a valentine's day gift and the servers were kind enough to wrap them up with some artistic flare and lots of love hearts.
Service was ok and churros was good but the dining area was filthy. Lolly wrappers and litter all over the floor, and 6 tables hadn’t been cleared from previous customers and there were 3 staff on doing nothing. We were the only customers ordering at the time so they can’t say they were too busy to clean the place. We were in store for over 20 minutes and during that time not one of the 6 tables was cleared or the floor swept.

Manger is having a really loud staff chat and I don't appreciate what I can hear, personal information that I don't need my daughter to listen too, unprofessional.service considering the staff aren't busy was shocking.girl literally plonked our order down, didn't even look at us probably. To be honest the floor is filthy and won't kill the staff sa they have nothing to do to clean the dirty tables and run a broom through the place.
I had the best service from Raina, she was so attentive to my family and I, the food is fantastic and will definitely be coming back for their friendly staff thanks so much raina!
HBH & friends popped into San Churro after cinema. Cafe style Chocolateria, conveniently the cafe is right next door to the ACE Cinema. Friendly staff, Dairy Free and Gluten Free deserts available.
I have always given deaf ears to concur with people who claimed dissatisfactions with San Churros Rockingham as such horrible place with customer service. I have horrible experience last night with a lady called Shoela/Chloe however she pronounced it.
Our family made an order online to be pick up at 8: 35pm. I drove to Churros at 8: 27pm & presented that I am here to pick up an order by this name (withheld), the same lady went around and round searching for order receipt and negatively came back to asked me, are you sure you have ordered? I implied yes. What have you ordered? Do you have screenshots of order? Yes, shown her in my phone. I asked, why is your system not showing orders that are placed on your website online here? She went around like lost lamb but came back and asked me again. What time is your order pick up? I now became agitated because, there are elements of stupidity in her customer service. I asked her, why do you keep interrogating me while you have system/website that accepts online orders & payment? I have paid all these and you are telling me I don’t have an order. Are you serious in your work? I curiously asked in dissatisfied! She aggressively yelled that if you don’t want to tell me your pick up time then I will order you now to leave the premise. I smiled inside my masked mouth and cautioned her “are you serious with this? ” I kept it low as I am very mindful and respect other customers around. I took out my phone and showed up my phone screen with screenshot of pick up time. She looked it up and came back with her little angered face, that your pick up time is 8: 35pm, you came early, she rudely concluded. I was embarrassed and emotionally dragged in presence of staff and wider sitting customers by this angered shouting lady. I was completely treated like beggar. This is insane.
In simplicity, poor customer service behaviours should never be tolerated anywhere. Staff explained things.they never blindly imposed their work frustration attitudes on customers. This is absurd and delusional. Never ever again shall I take my family there for retreat.

I went to San Churro last night with my family after having dinner at Grill'd next door, around 7ish. There were maybe a few other customers and only one girl at the counter, running back and forth doing her best to deal with the onslaught of Uber and menulog orders.
When ready to order I spotted the sign on the till stating that as you're understaffed, if you're ordering dine in to please use the qr code on the table. The problem with this was that my phone was flat and my mother (who was paying as a treat) doesn't like to pay over her phone for stuff like this and doesn't have it set up efficiently when this is supposed to be just a quick and nice night out.
All I wanted to do was ask the staff member if there was an option to pay at the counter instead, but she was far too busy being the only one there dealing the online orders which never seemed to stop coming. I want to make it clear that this review isn't saying anything negative about her at all.
I've looked online to see what job postings San churro has put out for hiring more staff and only found 1 position advertised for a Duty Manager on one website only out of the 3 I looked on.
Now I don't know if they've posted on sites I'm not familiar with (which seems unlikely as I spent most of the first part of this year and many many years before scouring the internet for part time jobs), or if they're accepting resumes in store, but I didn't see any other 'were hiring'signs apart from the notice on the till.
I was extremely disappointed last night as having moved out of home and working 2 jobs, I don't get to have dinner out with my family very often at all. This was meant to be a nice occasion, soured by the fact that San Churros is short staffed and seems to rely on a system which it seems more places are adopting, using qr codes. In a time where more people are looking for jobs and coupled with the fact that San Churros doesn't seem to be properly advertising the fact they are urgently hiring.
