We had a very friendly host named Kaiden. He was very cheerful and happy to help. He also smelt nice!

Very rude and pathetic service.
The woman who served us today afternoon at the counter (probably a manager) rolled her eye at us when we asked her something about menu. She put takeaway on our order by herself and when we said we didn’t want takeaway we want to dine in, she basically threw food on the plate in anger and put it on the counter like we were some kind of beggars. Ruined our mood n we quickly finished our food n left cx we felt terrible.

Took my daughter here and we had both savoury and sweet items.
The girls working were lovely.

Ordered 3 coffees to take away, after waiting 20 minutes we recieved only 2 coffees, of terrible quality! The place wasn't even half full. Working as a barista myself I'd have been fired for that, absolutely ridiculous! Go down the road a bit to TODS much nicer and quicker and their place was packed full!

Had a lovely coffee, the lady who served me (Tatiana) was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely come again

It's old, dirty, need a good clean. Food was fine, staff need to clean, toilets also we're not too clean. It needs a good clean the whole place.

Always nice food, what let's it down is the smell of the fryer oil that takes over the place.need better ventilation.sorry

Very disappointing that once again we get turned away at 9.15pm on a Friday night because they are to busy to take any more orders. This seems to be a regular occurrence at this store.

Cafe was quite busy and understaffed, so from ordering to getting drinks and cakes, it took a little while. Staff were very friendly and apologetic

We went to San Churro after the dolphin cruise. It was too difficult to use the offer so we attempted to order some drinks. We wanted smoothies but was told they had none, we asked for fruit smoothies and were told they had none. The staff member was unhelpful and really didn't look like she wanted to be there. We sat outside at a table that fell off. Very dirty outside needs a good clean.

Nice outlook. Good drinks & churros. Tables not cleared; many customers clearing tables prior to sitting resulting in an untidy ambience. Online menu time-consuming, would advise ordering in person.

We called in here for a drink back on the 25th January. As soon as you walked in the door it was so hot inside. Surely they have air-conditioning and perhaps it was broken on this day and it wasn't a case of simply not putting it on?

Either way it was simply too hot to sit inside or outside given the temp that day was 35 degrees. No wonder they didn't have any customers at the busiest time of the day (lunch time)

Drove down to get some churros, walked into the Cafe, spend 5 mins deciding what we were going to buy and some rude girl told us they were not taking any more orders tonight. Pathetic.

The worst San Churro ever! On a very hot day only to find out the air con is not working! Trying to order a cold drink, we had to change our order 3 times only because they do not have all the ingredients to make a drink! No where is a note to apologise for the inconvenience or to inform the customers.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received 7/1/23 for my children and I. They service officer was very arrogant and rude!

Ordered our food to a table upstairs at 8: 30 on a Friday night and was Rudely confronted by a staff member after ordering our food sooking about us being up there saying she will have to re clean it however you guys were open for another hour and a halve she then proceeded to give me dirty looks. Not once did she say anything whilst we there sat there for 20 minutes before hand looking at the menu. Very disappointed

It's normal for us to have good desserts after dinner or lunch. A choice between something cold or something hot. If its the latter, then it's coffee with our favourite churros. Best place is still San Churros. Coffee just the right hotness. But over the years their churros has somehow changed in terms of quality.

When I received my san churro tutti-frutti pack, the churros were way overcooked, it had no kiwi, 3 strawberries, 7 bananas and kiwi. I also I got choco loco that didn't taste nice at all, it was way chunky

Had the family size fondu to share between 3. No candles/fire under the chocolate. Chocolate was almost cold. Strawberries had diet all over them, definitely not washed. Waitress brought 2 serviettes only, realised there were 3 of us but couldn’t be bothered to bring more.
