Chocolate sundae was good but the black coffee was so weak you could see the bottom of the cup. Zero crema, very little taste. Quite disappointed as I always used to get nice coffee from here. Sad.
Extremely slow service here even though they were quite at the time of my visit.
Also the displays of products were almost empty with no cakes or deserts.
Lady that took our order (drink only (had no or little customer service etiquette.
Definitely better San Churro stores else where in Perth which is a real shame for saying this particular store is in a popular tourist attraction location in Perth.
I took my son who has special needs and I have to rate your beautiful waitress who came up and greeted Henry asking him if everything was ok My son is autistic and has one word which he shouted MORE I think that speaks volumes. He loved his churros Thank you for showing kindness. My chai was delicious
Been coming here for years, never a let down, churros cooked to perfection!? They have a huge range for everyone, the atmosphere is always a vibe despite how busy it can get, staff and the manager/boss are always welcoming/attentive! My fav churro shop out of them all
The service today was absolutely atrocious and has probably turned me off of San Churro’s for good.
Ordered using the at table ordering system was fine with the only comfort complaint being that despite being a lovely day at side it was extremely warm and stuffy at the table. It took about 5 minutes for the churros to come out which was fine. The coffee and hot chocolate took 10 minutes after that which seemed like far too long and was quite annoying because the churros has been finished at this point.
The issue however is despite asking on 3 seperate occasions it took an extra 35 minutes after that for the lemon tart and lava cake - fridge items - to arrive. The excuse given was there was a broken machine which seemed like a bit of a lie as nobody else in the restaurant had been waiting anywhere near as long and even after telling us the first time about this issue it still took 15 minutes after that. We asked if anything would be provided as compensation for the extended wait time and they denied this request saying that it wasn’t possible to provide ALL the people affected with something free, again, all the people is a serious extension of the truth and the restaurant was far from full.
Despite the wait time and lack of compensation being beyond a joke; we also take particular issue with the treatment of Juniour staff. The very young waitress did the best she could in the situation so for the more senior members of staff to send out the youngest worker in the store to deliver the joke of decision that is no compensation to upset customers is beyond unacceptable.
If you love San Churro then this store is even better as you get to walk out over water at Hillary's boat harbour. Service was excellent too.
Waited over half an hour to pick up an order only to find it had been sitting waiting on the counter labeled Uber eats
Yummy chocolate this place always seems to be busy. Hillary’s is a popular destination for families.

The coffee was like dishwasher it didn’t taste like before even the churros was very different they changed something in the ingredients

I came here on an awkward first date recently. My date tried to add to my order without my permission. I was already buying us something to share (the cheek on some people), and I was extremely grateful that the girl serving me picked up on the vibe, interrupted my dates words, and processed my payment quickly for me. THANK YOU! I am so grateful. Not just because you saved me $$’s, but because your actions validated my thoughts and feelings of experience. Thank you
Very disappointing, the croffles were cold, rubbery asked for fresh cooked replacement but was the told that we received the last cooked batch that done over 1 hour previous.
Then it was replaced with fresh of churros for my friend but served with chocolate sauce instead of maple syrup with vanilla icecream.
They were told that my friend was allergic to chocolate twice, as they served the same one again wit chocolate sauce. OMG.
My order replacement I was still waiting 45 minutes still not received.
I'm not someone who complains but this this absolutely ridiculous. Will not got there again
Got a refund for my order, apologies and free churros which took another 20 minutes.
Recommendation "ZERO"
I recently went to San Churro and had some very mixed feelings. Starting with the positives the staff were very fast to action when asked for take away or to clean a table. Very friendly and thanked myself and mother when we left. They asked further questions when I ordered a complicated meal to make sure they got it all correct which they did and food came out relatively fast for the amount of staff there were compared to people in the venue.
However on the negative side I feel the venue needs a deep clean. Understandable things can be wiped by staff such as tables, surfaces etc but I feel there needs to be a regular cleaning crew sent in to do a thorough floor sweep, mop and window/wall wiped. Another thing is the feeling I got that all the staff were only recently new to the job. This is not a casual staff issue but needs to be addressed by management by either hiring more or providing further training. The venue has a-lot more potential than what is currently being done.
Finally just wanted to thank the lovely staff that were working around 7pm on 16th of June. I hope management gives you this message and validated your amazing work.
Yesterday we went to san churro. Ordered between 4: 15 to 4: 30. Paid $50 cash and received back $20 and 10c back. Upon returning back home we noticed the note was teared, as seen in picture and called their staff regarding the issue. She asked me to put review about this. Now we are waiting for their positive response.
Just recently came to this store and ordered 2 sundaes for my partner and myself. After about 10 minutes we received the first sundae, without a utensil to eat it with. After 20 minutes of waiting we never received the second sundae. We asked the staff members multiple times for the second sundae and spoons to eat with and we were told it was coming. After 40minutes of waiting it never came so we just left. Upset with the service.
Ordered iced drink and hot chocolate both were tasty. Staff member was friendly and helpful. Our hot chocolate was runny and they replaced it no questions asked for a thick one. Reasonable price.
Lovely girl served me, Ella or Bella I think it might of been.coffee was made quickly and iced tea was refreshing. I will be returning
If you don't like chocolate don't come here.

Place looks like a garbage bin sticky floors and piles of uncleaned plates. I had to clean table myself because staff didn't do it.
Well, the coffee was ok,
the sauces and fruits were very nice.
The churros.but not the quality I remember from san Churro.
I still like the location of the place.
