San Churro Fremantle

Nice atmosphere and decor. The service was good too and quick. The size of the churros was small and skinny which was disappointing but were crispy and fried golden.

Ordered uber eats churros for two and a lyche drink which was forgotten. Wouldn't answer phone. Churros were also tasteless. Avoid unless you want to be disappointed

I went to the Carousel branch and Freo branch and was served by the manager, Pedro. He is quick and efficient with a very good customer service skills. Would definitely recommend!

Average coffee accompanied by poor service with a scowl. At least one of the two staff clearly hate their jobs and possibly your customers too. In full sight, they kept another couple and us waiting at the counter a good 4+ minutes to order coffees, responding with "just a sec", no eye contact, when asked to serve us. Meanhile one messed with dishes in the kichen. Never again, back to Ginos.

Ailah was incredibly polite and kind. Our food was brought to our table within minutes of ordering which is the best service I’ve had here. We had a great time thanks.

I came here at approximately midday and it wasn’t very busy. There were only around 3 employees working at the time. Despite that, I received great service and my order tasted fantastic.

Horrible service and worse San churros. The guy kicked us out at 9: 15 and lost $80 worth of food and drinks

Salted caramel was delicious. But dark chocolate was too sweet for me, and couldn’t taste dark chocolate’s flavour only coconut’s.

Food and service was nice but all the tables we tried to sit at had not been cleared/wiped down

Tastes ok, but took at least 3 times longer than it should have. I actually finished my hot chocolate before we even received the cold churros. I deducted a star for every 10 minutes we had to wait

Slow service (used the self service table app). Items ordered together came out at separate times.

Feel sorry for the young boy being thrown around like a yo yo clearing tables serving while the 2 girls did nothing but watch
Then it got busy long line and more interested in taking order than taking items out
Woundt return in a hurry

What ever you are paying your staff, they all need a pay raise! Great service plus super friendly and interactive staff. We will definitely be back to our favourite Churros spot soon:)
