San Churro Carousel

I was not knowing about the churro but wanted to try it. So I enquired about the snack to the person who was preparing it. Very politely and calmly he explained to me about the snack. Thank you so much. I bought the snack only because of the clear description and gave me confidence to try the snack with my family.
I forgot to ask the name of the kind staff who guided me.
The staff who took my order and who delivered the order to my table too were all great.
The entire team is so awesome. Great job good going team. Thank you so much.

The churro was really yummy. Sure to keep coming back to have this and try the other variety of items in the menu. All looks really yummy

Pao was extremely helpful in placing our order. Great tasting crispy churros where perfect.

What’s not to like - warm milkshakes / slow service - teas brought out 10 mins apart - bad experience esp cos we spent $$$ on a big feast here

I am extremely disappointed with the Creme Brulee. What I received was simply custard with torched sugar on top, served in the tiniest dish, and it cost me $3.50. This experience deserves zero stars.

We ordered at 5pm I understand they must we busy closing the store. They should just not take orders if that’s the case.it wasn’t even busy. They didn’t get the order right we explained 10 times and confirmed and it was still incorrect.waited 10-15mins for the Croffle it was cold! They asked staff to heat it in microwave.

Love the coffee! Best long black I have had in a good while. Ham & cheese toastie was very tasty, and v cheesy! Watermelon and strawberry drink was Amazing. Get into it!

I'm not happy my hubby bought $40 worth with all saues last nite as a treat. When we got home, I had the chocolate sauce one and started to get chest pain after only two of them. Woke up this morning after a bad nite with chest pain and with my 18 month old. As I thought I mite have some for th arvo well when I opened the chocolate sauce it had green spots on it. So the chocolate sauce was off and that's what gave me chest pain last nite. It's not right u selling sauce that are out of date. We pay good money for these treats but we end up in hospital over it thanks alot

The lady who served me had literally the friendliest demeanour ever she was so lovely. She was dark skinned with dark hair in a bun (sorry I didn’t get her name! I just want to make sure she gets the credit she deserves).

I typically visit San churros every once in a while. The other day I came, a worker named Talia was serving me and she made sure that had everything I needed and was super attentive, it made my experience 10x better. I will be returning (:

Churros aren’t that great portioned but it’s tasty with dip choices!

The churros warm, crunchy and well made. It was an amazing dessert to have after a long party! San Churros will always be a favourite

Not the best San Churro, as our churros were just hard and somewhat not really cooked inside - I think the oil temperature was set a bit too high
Though I really liked how they designed the kiosk so that everyone can look at how their churros are made over the clear glass! Super cool! ️

San Churros has the best coffees ever! And great food always sevice with a smile. Keep up the awesome work.

Visited on Saturday evening asked glass for water it was so dirty and was so smelly and same with food the plates and cutleries was so dirty and sticky.seems like staff really need do clean dishes properly.
