San Churro

Thank you for such a kind and wonderful gesture when I accidentally ordered a different one and was unhappy. I am really grateful for this sweet gesture.

Traditionally loved a good Classic Spanish on a rainy day as a cup of soul salve.
But I don't know - has it gotten cheaper, or was it a bad batch? There's a chemical, dusty flavour instead of rich chocolatey goodness, and it just seems watered down!

The cake is still what you expect from something called "death by chocolate" though - decadent, sweet and hilariously gooey after 20 seconds in the microwave.

But I won't bother with the drinks anymore. It feels like it's gone from Lindt to Quality Street. Such a pity.

Service great. Had lovely girl on checkout who was very patient with some discount deals, and her supervisor also helpful. Very quick service and nice waiters too. All round very good.

i had the WORST EXPERIENCE on Saturday 19/08/2023.i was served by the rudest and worst worker called SHAUR.he didn’t understand my order, i paid for a extra dip and never received it and he will refuse to give it to me even though i paid for it.i order 2x churros for 2 with a hot chocolate and a side of strawberries and an extra dip. ALSO THIS WORKER had long hair not tied up.this is breaking the food health safety law.i will BE reporting this.i will never be coming again and reporting this further.please do not come here anyone you rather serve yourself and make the food on your own. PERIOD

Sanchuro in leederville provided a truly exceptional coffee experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the expertly coffee brews to the warm and inviting atmosphere, every aspect of my visit was deserving of a perfect five-star rating

Excellent service! Wish they had melted the chocolate before serving, cuz the ceramics was too thick for the candle heat to reach the chocolate. Ended up getting tired of waiting, and just finishing the churros with a normal dip.

Booking system 1*.

Our first time here, booked online and paid $80 booking fee ($20/pp) which is fine. However, when we arrived we were seated outside on a cold, wet, windy rainy night. We asked to be seated inside but was not possible, so we were seated outdoors with an inadequate heater. This made the experience unpleasant. If not for nonrefundable deposit we would have gone elsewhere.

Management please add a note to the booking system that says "Booking on this system means you could be seated inside or outside. If you wish to be certain of a booking inside or out please call", especially if you insist on a deposit. Other restaurants specify the seating location with booking.

Raised this issue on paying the bill and was told we should have specified inside or out on the booking. Our first time visiting, so how could we know we have to specify? The pictures we saw showed only inside tables, so only repeat customers could be aware of this issue.

I love San Churro, especially Leederville. I got the Churros for 2 and it was beautifully crispy and delicious. The only thing was the Salted Caramel dip container which was only half full.

We come to this location quite often, and we always receive very friendly and efficient service from the wonderful team here. Food and drinks are always delicious; it's amazing to have so many vegan options. Thank you!

They have not much idea about service, "especially one lady named Luisa she's quite rude and bad costumes service.

I came to have a nice dessert. Instead, I got frustrated seen how hard it is to prepare it for the people working in this place, the operator of the churros machine (which is manually operated!) has to do a lot of effort to pull the rotatory lever down. Have you guys heard about ergonomic risks? Make it electric! And in addition, seriously you have a hot oil pan underneath?

Customer service was pretty good, along with a lovely ambiance to the place and a good spot to people watch, only dislike is with the busy area in rush hour you may be placed in a squishy location and wait a long time for your food and drinks

Edit: Since writing this review, San Churro Leederville have reached out to me to explain that they have recently changed their lemon, lime and bitters recipe and they will be improving staff training to ensure that there are no further issues. I am really impressed with how they handled this feedback and have updated my review to reflect this.

The chocolate desserts are always good here but I tried a lemon, lime and bitters the other night and it was completely awful. It was made with soda water, some sort of lemon, lime and bitters syrup thing which had hardly any flavour and half a lemon cut up and chucked on top with way too much ice. For $7.50 I felt completely ripped off. Stick to the chocolate here.

So good I loved it I couldn't finish my meal the staff were kind I recemend it for sweet lover or just a snack

My legitimate giftcard didn’t work here. After contacting the team, they said they would look into it. They ignored me for over a month until I had to chase it up. Essentially said it should work now, no apology in the last email. The store is again ignoring my email. Terrible customer service. Shame on them.

Went here last weekend and ordered the $17 lil'loopy snack pack. The churros were cold, tough and felt like they had been out for half an hour. I told the workers this and the manager denied it saying the churros have to be left out for a bit longer to put the various toppings on them. She said they were cooked fresh even though I had been sitting next to the person making churros the whole time and he definitely didn't make them, which led me to believe they had been left out. They refused to make them again for me and overall I was very disappointed in this meal after many positive experiences at san churro in the past

The service was fantastic. The staff are so friendly. It's the best place for coffee and treats with friends. Yum.

They only had 1 person taking and preparing orders. Our order was wrong but she kindly fixed it. It is bound to happen when you're under such pressure.
