Good haircut the times I have been but trying to book in with them even a week in advance over the phone is absolutely Diabolical. Sign of a good barber I suppose.

Great atmosphere & great service. Loved it. Highly recommended. Parking place at the back. Don't park across the road. The traffic signal seems quite longer than usual.

Great hair cut. Fair price. Took one star off for no online booking system - It would make their life so much easier not having to rush to the phone every few minutes.

Good cut. $30 includes a style cut and neck shave and wash. I get my haircut with Candice, she is professional. The owner works there too and cuts, he always says hello and goodbye, he’s appears very nice.

If there was a minus button it would be pressed! The customer service levels are none existent! The supervisor (owner) needs a lesson in customer service and etiquette, after years of loyalty, I wont be a returning customer - my advise is to stay away.
He (Owner) forgot that he is living in Australia and needs to follow the Australian Customer service and rules as he stuck in Japanese culture in business, not a business manner and technic.
After 1 week appointment for 2 people and half an hour travelling and wasting time, easily he said I'm not going to cut your hair as I don't like you! Why? Because last time to apologise my mistake I said you don't need to pay and you didn't pay, but in my culture (Japanese) you have to say no and pay! "He (the owner) said"
It will be strongly reported to the Australian Consumer protection department.

They are all in rush to finish your job in 5min to charge you $30 as you can choose $10 haircut in shopping centres with no 1-2 weeks appointment.

Candice cuts my hair approximately every 3 weeks (thanks Candice!). I'm very particular about how I like my hair cut and I can honestly say I've never had anything but a great cut from Candice. She's spot on everytime. Would definitely recommend coming here. Book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Been to a number of barber shops in the Lathlain/ Belmont/ Victoria Park area but in term of Customer service, Quality and GREAT Value for money spent was given by Ken and the Samurai Barber every single visit.
