Great company honestly looked on line saved over $250 against other retailers so paid by card to same day hot water and only 2 hours later was delivered free to my house, and i live at Bargara near Bundaberg - well done very impressed

New water heater needed. Booked Thursday - came out Monday. Checked out site. Recommended a few changes - came in much cheaper than straight replacement and fully installed a week later.

I needed a hot water service to be delivered to a country town in Eudunda South Australia.
Thinking this would be like asking someone to deliver this unit to the moon.
The staff did enquiries about my request and to my surprise, they arranged delivery from the largest town supplier in Tanunda the very next morning.
This unit is now fitted and working flawlessly.

Wonderful customer service. Very fast delivery. The Bosch 13H is a great unit, easy to setup. My only criticism is it needs some insect exclusion, the cause of my old Bosch 16H failure.

Same Day Hot Water Service is true to its name. Yesterday James and Josh installed Rheem Stellar 360/capacity 160L at my house. They are professional in their work and customer service

Had a leak develop in my hot water tank last night. As it is a solar electric system, a replacement is not readily available.
Fortunately Same Day Hot Water service not only had the system in stock but were also way way cheaper than a couple of other hot water system suppliers in the Penrith area who I had called up plus there were wait times involved.
Same Day HWS have completed the installation already. Excellent service and reasonable rates.

One problem is that when the power goes down you have no hot water unless you have a alternative power supply but other from that it works well

Called them and they said their product's parts have warranty but I have to pay plumbers cost if it shows any problem! That doesn't make sense! Very bad service! So disappointed!

My experience was great with these guys. I ordered a gas storage hot water system on last Sunday afternoon and got a call first thing on Monday morning to organise time of delivery for it!
