Salvos Stores Joondalup reviews
20 I worked and went as a custome in both capacities in the South side of Perth.
And became disappointed. The prices went up yet the quality of their stock was well below par.
I vowed never to return to any one of them. Plus the important fact that the Salvos store present itself as being part of the acto Salvation army.it's not.everything you donate is 100% for profit as any other store. 'If you want or are in desperation and get a voucher for the Salvos which the Church has to pay for out of their own funds, Until I went with a few of friends.
Joondalup was fairly clean and the prices well below store prices
Oclear and visible.
The clothing was well above standard, their brick a brack not as good but their furniture well above any secondhand rubbish. The furniture is what makes me take the train back and forth from Rockingham. I was amazed not just the quality but more importantly prices.
I would be a weekly or fortnightly customer. Thank you Joondalup you once again for a pleasant experience. (and restoring my enthusiasm for bargain hunting.
Prices are more expensive than any other local salvos and selling broken stock and damaged clothes is not a good or fair thing. Bought some sandals and when I got home they were split across the sole, unwearable! And the staff would have seen as they put the price on the sole.
Was in the store shopping still with 15 minutes before they shut and they turned the lights off in the male clothing area and just walked off didn’t say anything very rude if u ask me put all the clothes I was gonna buy down and walked out won’t be returning to this store sadly
One of the biggest Salvos with heaps of clothing and brick a brack.
At every Salvos, Thursday's are 20% off for pensions (and I think healthcare card holders)
Ordered an item online from SS Joondalup. Can I say, the level of customer service I received from the store (namely Lily) was absolutely fantastic. Auspost had forgotten to scan the item in, and Lily went above and beyond to try and rectify the problem. The item arrived safely today, and I couldn't recommend shopping at Joondalup's online store any more. Thank you!
Impressive shop, can I say huge shop which a lot of things. I thought there was 3 shop area combination.seldom large Salvos store.
I had a voucher, and the staff were absolutely magnificent, helpful, and friendly. Thankyou very much for the great service.
Fantastic Salvation Army Store! It is a huge store with such a wide variety of goods from couches to clothes! It is located directly across from the Australia Post Office in Joondalup. There is lots of free car parking available and you can walk from the train station or catch the bus.
Overpriced rubbish. Purchased some toys for my little girl here today, when I got home and unwrapped them (they were sticky taped to keep them together, or more likely to hide the broken parts) I found that every single toy was badly broken or damaged in some way. The prices were not cheap either. In fact, I saw a huge amount of damaged items in store with high prices. Very disappointed. I would not have purchased if I knew that they were broken. I like to shop at Salvos to find things that are unique and to support the cause but selling rubbish is completely unacceptable.
So much fun to browse Joondalup. Always happy with my purchases when they arrive. Thank you for doing such a great job!
Couldn't find any op shop that are reasonably priced goods but please be aware that you may have to barter on showcase items or electronic products as its priced according to eBay's prices and don't be surprised to see kmart items selling for more than it costs new
It's definitely worth looking (?) but be wary of prices
Always great nice people there, just they ask alot of money for second hand.there are still genuine honest people go there has they have been for more than 20/30 years.and the very very loyal customers still get treated like thy no-one but yet donate and shop nearly every week.just loyalty means nothing these days.
Wife's review. Very good shpp. A lot of choices on clohing, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Stocks are very well organisrd. Good manager.
Great op shop. Drop off stuff to donate around the back of the store or head in to find a bargain. They have it laid out pretty well too.
I love Salvos stores, always a bargain and a great surprise to what you'll find at bargain prices.
Great range including furniture and homewares. Nice staff. I still think the price of some items is quite high for an op shop.
Love it. Never know what you'll find. Everything is so organised. Bought a sunbeam blender $16, looks perfect, amazing. Some absolute bargains.
This place is massive. Great range of stuff but sadly, ridiculously overpriced. I can get brand new items cheaper. Won't be back.
Very friendly staff and good bargains. I have furnished my new house conpletely from your stores. I just have to wait for what i want. Also the added fact of helping others. Good luck for the future.
Have expanded the store into sections, making it easy to find what you're looking for. Great range. Great value
