Salvos Stores Bibra Lake reviews
28Such bad pricing, its an op shop and ordinary items not even from any special brand are being sold at crazy prices.going here defeats the purpose of why i even shop at op shops
Awsome my toaster puckered out on me yesterday new 1 today $5.plus microwave $25.few other niknaks bonus.
What a rip off for second hand free donated items. People are making it popular and they're putting prices up, so those who are actually struggling financially, don't bother buying clothing, it's too expensive.
Plus delivered incorrect item after paying extra and the incorrect item was $5 cheaper than what I paid and the item I actually purchased is now sold.
Price is more expensive than new in original stores. Only buy eletrics if you are sure it works as i bought broken dvd player and they didnt want it back.
With the world suffering increasing poverty and landfill, please donate and buy recycled. You will make a real change to the future.
The lady the managers this store has lost her mind. She is extremely rude and unhelpful. Apart from that she makes the staff price all of the items at a ridiculous prices. This is supposed to be a CHARITY that supports people at all stages of the process, from donating, to staffing and to providing affordable items. The should be ashamed of themselves.
Prices on some items are RIDICULOUS, used to be really good but is getting out of control, always good for a laugh though when you see how much they are asking for some items
Sad really
A huge op shop with everything you might want. Having said that I am slightly saddened the way this and some other op shops are going, I used to rely on them for my work clothes and scruffy home wear. Now they seems to be going upmarket and the prices reflect this. Gone are the days of taking an armful of clothes or books without bothering to try them on because they only cost a dollar or two, and if they didn't fit they come back to the shop and get sold again. Now you shop more carefully and try things on and don't buy unless you really want it. I guess it is the way these places are heading, but I for one prefer the older model.
This is probably the best Salvos in Perth. It has everything you can only imagine trying to find in most charity shops. Great range of electrical, kitchen stuff, CDS, men's, kids and huge range of ladies stuff. I've bought a lot of great stuff here and saved hundreds of dollars not buying it new. Staff are really friendly. Tanya and Charlie are great people and managers of this great store. Nice range of furniture as well. Plenty of parking at the shop and just across the road if the carparks full.
I always have a look at pricing in charity shops and this one is one of the fairest pricing stores I have been to. And remember the money goes to charity.
Don't expect things for nothing as there's a lot goes on in these charity shops that we don't see. It's a lot of hard work these charities put into getting it from the back door on to the shop floor.
Decent place and the service I got from the ladies was lovely. Only downside is some of the pricing is a tad high for being second hand goods.
This store is so jam-packed of a wide range of items that it truly borders on hoarding. Items are piled unsafely on top of each other. Not much organisation, very few staff (who were not exactly friendly or helpful). I've volunteered for Salvos before and I love my op shops but will not be returning to this one.
Abused and banned due to mental disabilities. Utter disgrace.
Do not go, over priced and rude staff.
Selling items at retail price.
Never recommending.
This place gets really busy during after school hours and weekends! The staff are really friendly and I often pick up cute vintage kitchenware whenever I come here.
I like this store, i have found a few treasures here. However there are more negatives than positives. I have on more than one occasion bought clothing that is soiled, has holes or damaged on closer inspection. My most recent shopping experience, i was served by 2 people, i paid, got my receipt and then they started serving the next person, which would have been fine if i had my purchases however they were still behind the counter. So i just stood there looking awkward trying to work out how and when i would get my things. Also the parking is not great, especially if your only there to put donations in the bin, then parking across the road isn't practical.
Great salvos store. Good customer service, loads of stock. Even have furniture, bric-a-brac. I go at least once every month
This is a better Salvos i must say. Apart from having the usual things like most Salvos, This particular store has second hand appliances and furniture. The only problem is that, it does not have toilet which i find a bit unfair especially if you have small kids or elderly who need it urgently. We were told that the toilet is only for the employees.
Lots of staff, lots of stock, everything you could ever need really, and all with a friendly smile, and a significant discount.
Been coming here for years but lately some of the prices have been ridiculous! Blonde european lady u think maybe the new manager has the worst customer service I have ever come across. I ended up buying $70 worth of stuff and she rushed me thru not a thankyou not a goodbye, really abrupt and rude! Please get rid of this staff member everyone else is lovely over the years but she makes me not want to come back in again.
Good store in terms of items to choose from, prices are decent, some clothes are way off in pricing though. The biggest downfall of this store is the customer service. When I asked if they could do a better price on a pair of shoes that were dirty and required cleaning I got a “well what do you expect” from one of the young female workers. Really put me off going back here again. I used to spend money hear every week but I’ll go elsewhere now.
Worst customer service ever lately. Been to many stores and to this one also before but the new staffs service (the new lady especially) is so rude and so not welcoming, although i spend weekly a lot of money there.
In stead of making people go more their bad behabiour is making customers go.
