Salvos Stores Balcatta

Everytime i go here i always find at least one thing that’s good, i’ve found stuff like peter alexander, modern and vintage nike, and even the too faced concealer, workers are very nice - once i had to pay $36 but she changed it to an even $30 and even gave me a free bag, everything is also priced great.mostly prices $2-$15 and as soon as u walk in they have a deals rack.very clean, everytime i come i get excited even if i’m not buying anything.

I dropped a large volume of high quality products at the store. The staff at the back pointed and said put it there. No good morning, no hello, no thank you.
Taking my next lot somewhere else.

Not arranged in size order. Don't have hours and hours and the arm strength to sift through a whole shop of clothes.

Have you guys thought about arranging the clothes In size order? It just makes it much easier as a customer/consumer to look for clothes instead of having to check every single garment

Really lovely young staff and a few great suprises for the kids amongst the toys. I used to find the previous staff quite unfriendly and unhappy but the whole atmosphere of the place has changed. Everyone was very helpful and kind.

Good selection, happy with my finds on many occasions. Lost a star due to treatment of customer in front of my at the till. Staff was disrespectful and rude. The customer was polite.

Well I am kinda surprised that the op shop is becoming very hard on donatable items but overall overpriced and actually cheaper going to buy new

Interesting shop to visit particularly if you are looking to match an item. Proceeds to Charity is a big calling card.

An amazing store the staff are really friendly and always eager to help great size store couldn't be happier

Im shocked and disappointed in the salvation army. They are donated items but boutique prices. The wedding dresses they have are an absolute joke, $400 for a ""donated free dress""
If the salvation army could be lenient in pricing it would create a larger crowd.

I am disappointed and disgusted with the salvos stores it is so difficult to afford items suited to the high end of town rather than helping the people who have a lower amount of money

I just wish the salvos were more lenient in pricing because there are new independent op shops charging $30 for gowns rather than the hundreds salvos have

If the salvation army would like to contact me regarding this matter please do because you have dissapointed a savy shopper from purchasing anything from your stores

Nice Op shop, used to be a lot smaller but recently added a large area to it and therefore a lot more items. Good selection of clothes & accessories but in my opinion a little more expensive than other Op shops in the area. Overall pleasant and worth a visit if you are in the area.

Great staff, helpful and friendly service. Great selection of items and affordable prices. Could use a little revamp though to spruce it up. Otherwise, very central and accessible.

A great place for bargains - so many nice new clothes here even a big rack here of fashion labels with the price tags on

Love this place! One of the best op shops NOR. The staff are fantastic so helpful and welcoming. Can always find something to make me smile if not the staff will.

So after donating a bag of clothes and toys my partner asked to use the toilet and was refused! She really needed to go too. She had to go use the park across the road risking the possibility of being photographed and ending up on social media. It also makes me want to help people less now.
