Salvos Stores reviews
13Clean and good prices! Some good finds but more picked than other op shops in the area. I have been turned away with donations before but she wasn’t too rude and I understand they get a lot.
Reasonably priced on many items,
Always a very good clean store of decent size and layout with friendly staff. From clothes to cutlery and mugs to books or art to movies and board games and shoes and bags and inbetween, this store often has a balance of competitive pricing and because of such have crafted a reputation as one of the best salvos stores ever where it will be hard not to make a purchase.
It's an awesome sales tactic of which means often enough you find yourself with a basket of shopping when you anticipated a handful ️
Their DVDs prices make them competitive with other stores in the area and their selection is often quite large and generally does get organised to a decent extent, their clothing section and toys sections are also great for finding a board game or your new fashion thrifts.
Check shop out for things l need, friendly staff, clean, well laid out and a good range of stock.
Whilst donating and teaching my children to donate to a good cause and a charitable organisation, we proceeded to be told rudley and angrily (amongst other donors) about 8 million dollars of rubbish that needs tp be diaposed of etc. If you dont want the dpnations there are far more friendlier ways to say this. I understand a lot of rubbish may be deposited there, and that is not what the cause is about however there are far nicer ways to explain that. It was agressive and rude. I'll still be teaching my children to donate, just not to this cause anymore.
Picked up a couple of old LP records, good but nothing fancy. As thrift shops go the Salvos records are not cheap any more.
Dropped of some stuff that I didn't need anymore.
But in saying that I bought a heap of stuff a girlfriend and myself can use in our Christmas decorations we sell.
Nice staff
Nice big shop hard to find larger sizes but well set out. Oh but that carpark absolutely useless bays are way too small and only one exit and entry. One of the ladies that works in the shop had to crawl over my car seat yesterday and back my car out as I had useless parkers either side of me, I'm big so no way I was able to get in either side of my car.
I love going to these stores
excellent staff very friendly
especially Ellenbrook and Guild Ford rd
Found a brand new, with tags on, black and gold Wonder Woman jacket. There's always some little treasure in here that makes my Xmas!
A small Salvos store, but there's a little bit of everything. Staff seemed a bit.dull? But I think it had been a pretty long day. They weren't unfriendly though. They have a good selection of men's and women's clothes although we couldn't find any skirts. There is also a fair selection of jewellery, bags and shoes along with a corner full of books and a great selection of DVDs and CDs.
Well stocked and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking at the door. I always find something I love every time I visit
It is a lovely place that involves amazing and exiting things to explore. Especially when we love everything that's in the lovely store: ! SALVOS!
In my opinion it is a very homely and safe zone, the service is exceptionally perfect. Its a nice felling to ba able to walk around and to wonder as I please. X
